I have uploaded all documents related to driving licence renewal but slot booking is not possible .it is not allowing us to book the slot.
so pl give information at what time slot booking is there.
i trying since from 2 to 3 days it is not giving,
1.Is it problem in software
2.Is there any agreement between agent and RTO officer

pl look into matter &solve the problem to common person

My car driving licence was valid till May 15, 2019. As per the rules of the Motor Vehicles Act, if the licence is renewed within one year from the date of expiry, the individual need not apply for a learners licence and once again undergo the driving test. The one year period for me was to end on May 15, 2020. However, on account of COVID the country was in lockdown and offices of RTO were shut during the months of April and May. The Government of India has issued several relief measures including extensions of various statutory dates including extension of expiry period upto December 31, 2020 for driving licences with original expiry date of Febryary 2020 onwards. However, when I applied for a renewal of my driving licence, I was informed by the RTO officials that such an extension was not applicable in my case. I find this strange! Requiring individuals to go through the detailed formality of applying for a learners licence and taking the test not only inconvenient such individuals but also subjects such individuals and the general public to increased risks of being afflicted with COVID when such formalities may not be warranted. I would request the transport authorities to deliberate amongst themselves and also seek clarifications from the Transport Ministry if required on this matter. I am keenly awaiting a response on my concern and am sure other affected individuals in my place too would be very eager to know the final decision. Thanks

I am unable to pay retest pee as the the Parvihan website is giving Payment Error when I try making it.

My dl for the application number [protected] is not approved till today.I passed test the driving test on 4th dec 2020.Even by now status of my dl processing stage is under approval of dl.

But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

Dear sir/mam
I have been booking my ll test slot since last 5 months. I didnt get a password till now. It is more than 5 times i applied for the slot date . The rto officers whom i have contacted is replying with a irresponsible manner that " if you didnt get a password try for next one ".i would like to file a complaint on the irresponsibilty of officers on their job and the way they treet the public as a funny comic figure.
Iam requesting you to take a strict action against them.

i would like to inform you that i have send a address change request through online on 26 sep 2020.and i have also submitted all required document along with my original DL to RTO -Siwan(BIhar).RTO executive communicate us that within 10 days i'ii received my DL on my address. but after 80 + days i can't received.too many chances i was visited RTO office, every time they told me that it will taken some time...

We tried to pay the NP tax at our RTO recently. But the RTO officer mentioned, you have E-challan on 25th Sep 2020 given by Ganjam, OD RTO. The Drivers are confirmed, during the date we didn't stopped by any of RTO at the place and didn't receive any challans.

While verify the challan details, mentioned as "Excess Speed". The truck speed limit 50KM only and verified using truck GPS. There are no schools at nearby area and no chance to go behind the school buses.

I have sent two emails to RTO Ganjam & ori transport commission, but no response.

So, Please clarify the below:

1. Please share the over speed evidence with school bus.
2. As per the rule, first time will be 2000Rs and I have received 4000Rs. May I know the reason for 4000Rs?

On 20 Nov, I passed ll test but after a month I am not able to get learner licence .In RTO bhoranj, there is negligence, they miss placed my license file .My application no. Is [protected]

I have been applied for Driving License however I didn't received on my address ever i didn't received any call from post office / Man. When i reached at RTO office then i was told about that your DL has come back due to your address issue now you need to post one letter with RTO stamp and you have to put your adhaar card under the envelope and also have to Mentioned my DL address on the envelope then i did the same and have posted to my near by post office.

On 12/12/2020 I have received one SMS that your article has been delivered by Deepak Beat No : B20 then today i reached at RTO office regarding my DL and requested one of employment counter no 11 sir i did all the formalities as guided by you but still i didn't received my DL then he told me very Rudely that you need to do all the same formalities again as your post letter has been cancelled again due to address issue then i have mentioned him sir i have mentioned the same address over there whatever was mentioned on my Fee receipt. But he told me please go from here and do the same again.

I am very disappointed because i don't have my permanent DL even after done the all test and formalities.

I know very well that people have to face many issues and problems only for solution in the government sector.

It's my humble request please helpe out regarding this. I want my DL.

The application status is showing as License is printed and dispatched with the EMS number. Howeber, on tracking EMS number provided doesnt exists.
