I applied for my new endorsed DL last year in Dec 2019. They gave a challan for 6 months to use it as a substitute of dL till it arrives.
It is Nov 2020 when do I expect the dL at my doorstep?
I live far from my RTO and taking leaves from office is not possible during this 2 months. Please someone reply / help / suggest.

A car owner park his car in front of my house and gone to somewhere else . I faced too many issue to park my vehicle inside my house because he parked in just front of my door. I just want that please take strict action against him.

I have purchased my wagon r car from etah rto to agra rto and owner name also transferred from deepak goyal to vijay vikram singh

I also have received my registration copy. But my problem is i am not able to get the pollution certificate because of following error.
"vehicle has multiple records in the rto (S) - etah & agra. Please contact concerned rto (S)"

Hi I would like to urge you to pl help me. The issue is that... I see different photo on my DL @ parivahan site and on hard copy of DL it's my photo. I doubt there is a big problem at Satara RTO.
I need my DL corrected @parivahan and confirmed by RTO Satara. Maharashtra state. I would not take charges if at all applicable as it's totally RTO fault.

I want to draw a complain that I have not recieved any update regarding my approval and scanning of driving licence. I had given the track test on 30th October 2020 and today is 13th November 2020 i.e. 15 days. Do complete the process quickly otherwise strict actions will be taken.

I had applied for learner driving license from sarathi.parivahan.gov.in portal and paid 520 rupees.
For below message as well after booking the slot:
From SDM LUDHIANA EAST: Your LL TEST SLOT Successfully Booked for the Application [protected] on[protected] at 09.00-12.30

When reached at RTO Ludhiana, they said they need address proof of Ludhiana and mine was of Patiala.
Why did they accept my application on the portal at first place?
I want refund of the amount paid.

DL slots are not available for 7 days shows always in my screen

This is in reference with the unnecessary harrasment and nuisance created by a drunkard cab driver on Eastern Express Highway (Freeway). This person has broken the laws relating to Traffic and has harmed my vehicle and caused a mental harrasment and even tried to injure me.

He has broken my left side mirror along with wasting the time of my passengers.

Sir, I am Rohit Mondal, birbhum District. Last month on07.10.2020 I made an application for LL for MCWOG. I had already paid all the amount but still now I am not getting any slot. But the person who hire a broker easily getting slot. So what to do...

After several attempts still facing the same issue in payment verification "Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office". Tried many times before 23rd March 2020 and also today.

All the necessary payments completed through Sarathi Pativahan websites. However, still unable to book my LL slot due to this pending 22/- payment verification. It feels like cheated and also consumed so much time.

Kindly do the needful, as my DL getting delayed for this.

I had remove a learning licence through online portal for my sister, where we had selected slot booking for morning 7.30 to 8.50 am, and reporting time was 7 am. But when we got there, there was no one, not even a single officer at that time. The officer had come around 9.45 am. so whats the use of giving early slot and wasting of our time. The same for the process it took 3 hours. what kind of process you people follow, an agent is getting privelege but not the consumer.

After having all the documents still the officer reject the documents, by stating the documents are not clear. The same documents we proceed through agent and it got approved. Is this type of scam.

I gave a driving test on[protected] and result is showing PASS on portal. Since then after 2 months there is no further update on this. My application status is stuck on APPROVAL OF DL. Can i know if there is any issue?

With reference to the above subject, Its exactly been 2 months over since I had applied for my Renewal of DL. When contacted on[protected] just 4 months before the Expiry Date[protected]. The Senior Officer in charge told to come after the Expiry anytime in 3 years not necessary now. Since I was back in town just before March 2020, due to Covid-19 situation the Mumbai RTO Tardeo (MH-01) was not functioning. When I applied on[protected] Mrs. Sangeeta Shinde who accepted my Form Application did not inform me that this application is of no use as its already Expired DL and the rules have changed. Told me to come after 1 month on[protected] as only half of staff is available. When I again went on[protected] She asked me to hand over the application Form to Mr. Prashant Wagh who was interested in taking Forms from Local Agents and in unorganized way, I somehow managed to give him my application, He too gave me another date which was[protected].

All these dates were given on blind calculate without taking into account or even checking whether the RTO is working or its Holiday. After that when I again went to Mr. Prashant Wagh he said to check the upload online and pay the Fees I told him after checking on my phone, I informed him that the application is not there he said "Go outside the gate and there are many agents who will charge you and get your Job Done". Is this why we pay our road taxes?

Now the whole issue is that Mr. Prashant Wagh is not fit as you can check I have attached 2 Pictures, the problem for real is I cannot change my numbers and even Pay the Fees as the mobile number entry is wrong 1384 and my number end with 1385, I'm not going to waste my hard earned money for his wrong data inputs and I need my DL as soon as possible.

I have applied for LMV dl and given a test on 14th September 2020 but it's been 2 months since the exam still, my application status is "RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST".
