I have submitted my original rc card and all other needed documents aand required fee for hypothecation removal on 04.08.2018 at rto bengaluru east (Ka03).
I was given receipt for this. I visited 3-4 times until 6 months after submission date.
They informed that they already sent my rc card in indian post. But till date i didn't get the card. I even checked at post office for the speed post number provided at rto office and post office declined saying that no such document/post received by them.

I checked online for the given speed post acknowledgement number at rto, but its wrong and no such consignment.

Request you to address this issue at the earliest.

We have submitted aadhaar card as address proof along with rent agreement and police verification report for new car registration through car dealer with necessary charges but after getting temporary registration, rto office not accept my son address proof document as we have no any other documents due to my son work as mumbai and car registered at ahmedabad due to his adhaar card at ahmedabad with police verified report.

Have applied for additional endorsement to dl in electronic city rto.

Below are details of dl endorsement processes:

Even though smart card activated on 30th nov 2019, till now by 14 feb 2020, the dl is not dispatched.

When would it be dispatched?

My application number is [protected] at rto surat.

On the payments page for retest of driver's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it display "application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

Now every time i try to make a payment, it is showing the same error.

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.

Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. My learners license validity will expire in a couple of weeks.

Mene ford motors se oct 2018 me car purchase ki thi. Sir ford motors caro me waranty ke naam per cansumer ke sath dhokadhadi ker rahe hai. Sir meri car ke tyre me effect ane per tyre riplase nahi ker rahe hai. Jabki gadi 2 year ki waranty perede me hai. And apolly tyre ki side per spast likha hai tyre ki 2 year ki uncandisnal waranty hai. Mene servcie center per call kiya to kehte hai sir gadi ke sath jo tyre laga ata hai uski waranty hum nahi dete hai jabki tyre apolo ka hai ya to ford apollo ke naam per local tyre use ker rha hai jisse vo waranty nahi de pa rha hai.
Jab es baat ki khabar or tyre cheak karane me vinayak ke servcie senter gaya to manager suresh ne mere sath rude vyawayhar kiya or bina gadi ke tyre ka inspection liye apollo ne manager ke sath milker tyre ki galat or farji report ready ki kiske copy mene attached ki hai es pure fraud me apollo tyre bhi eske sath hai. Apolly tyre ne jo waranty update ki hai apni side per use mene attached kiya hai. Ab meri koi nahi sun rha hai or ford motors me abhi customer ke sath eudely bate karte hai ap es per streak action le or meri gadi ka tyre riplase karaye

Recently we gave complain about 4 cars blocking my business area and also disturbing traffic flow at near cafe deepak hotel mapusa goa.. Still no action is taken by police... Help us to clear this cars

But till date physical smart rc card yet not despatched.

How much time take the system.

Recently i have purchased a new car and applied for registration certificate under rto ferozepur punjab for number pb77 7877. But when i visited rto office for the application of number plate i noticed that they are making such a cheap quality number plates which are not able to stick more time. I asked them to correct or remake my number plate before applying but they denied to do so. My concern is that transport authority has decided to...

My application number is [protected], i have completed my dl test on 12/11/2019, it is still stuck in "dispatch of the dl and psv badge" at imv-counter-4 in rto electronic city bangalore. I don't know what to do, i have been there in that rto but lady sittining in room4 does not reply, even if she reply, she says go to room no 3, room no 3 guys says this is learning license section go again to room number 4....

I have given driving test here and the track is too small. I went to give test with my own hyundai verna but couldnot do parking as the parking space is too small and may not be as per norms. People outside doing business of providing small cars taking 200 rs for giving test. Also everytime u go give test u have to shell out rs 300 and then u fail.

Hi From November till date i have not received my DL from Bangalore KA05 Jayanagar RTO, while i check online it says pending with Superdnt.
Not sure whom to reach, as i reach RTO in person there is no response from them.
Tried dialing the good for nothing toll free in vain. I have attached the screen shot of slot to slot bookings and clearings, Where am i suppose to get from here? This is not happening.

I have issued for duplicate license on 20th nov'19 even after 2.5 months the same is still pending at scrutiny at dadl-1 for my application number [protected]. I have already paid the necessary fees for the same. I am facing a daily hindrances for the same. Please request you to resolve this problem and also suggest you to make necessary amends to the system.

I bought a new pulsar rs 200 and got that registered on 01 oct 2019 with number : mh14ht9216.

Its been 4 months still i did not receive the rca book. I checked with the post office near by and they informed that the "tracking id" is required at their end to check the status but i did not receive the tracking id too.

So, how i can get my rca book. Please help me on this.

My name is vijay shanbhag and i had applied for an additional endorsement to my dl and had given the driving test on 8th november, 2019. The scrutiny and record of test results were completed on 11th november, 2019. After that the status is still stuck for 'approval of endorsements to dl and there has been no further movement ahead.
Could you kindly check the reason for the delay and help out with completing the process.

I had applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) licence. I passed online test and also driving test, but the status is showing on website for my application is 'pending' for approval of dl, printing of dl, etc since 1.5 months, i gave driving test on 7 december at dy. Rto, shrirampur-mh17, maharashtra. And its been 2 months still status is pending.

I am from chhattisgarh and having valid driving licence. Now, i have moved in maharashtra and initiated online application for address change and new driving licence and paid amount online.
Other formalities like photo and biomatric is also done at local rto office mh14 for months back.

After that visited multiple times at local rto office and got details as something is pending with chhattisgarh rto authorities for approvals.

It's almost 5 month.
Please help to get new driving licence in my new address.

I did application [protected] to pune rto for address change of my driving licence no mh28 [protected]. I have the scrutiny of document on 1 march 2019.
I am yet to get my driving licence smart card. As it was a long time i have submitted documents, i did inquiry in rto pune office where they were unable to find my driving licence and its status. I can see the status as dispatched online as per the attached snapshot. They told me to apply for duplicate licence. Why should i pay for duplicate licence as it was the responsibility of rto pune to deliver the licence at my home. I can see my address changed online but i should get the smart card as i have paid for it. I would appreciate if they provide me my driving licence.

I gave my DL test on 27/12/19 and the information for the printing was 13/01/2020 .
It still hasn't arrived at my home !
Please look at this problem seriously

I got a confirmation mail on 08/01/2020 that my DL is issued.
It been a lot of months even though I didnt receive my DL.

I applied for a change in address for my driving license at aligarh rto, my application number is [protected], application date:[protected] date of birth:[protected].
The application has been approved on[protected] but is delayed for printing for more than 3 months now. I contacted the helpdesk online, they gave me the same reply to contact aligarh rto. I contacted aligarh rto they gave me helpline number to contact lucknow rto saying its due with them to print, i tried to contact them for over past 1 month now, but the number is never reachable. Please address my situation as i am not being able to get my important identity document and incur fine on roads.

We traveled on 8th feb 2020 early morning at 2 am from madurai to chennai in the private omni bus "blue mount" with reg number tn 48 t 1999. The bus is so unreliable to travel on any road. The suspension, tire and break are so bad. The bus is totally unfit for long distance travel. The vibration and the wobbling made us to worry a lot. While travelling we experienced an extreme discomfort. I request you to intervene and take corrective action.
