Sir in ballia zeerabasti rto office, there is worst condition for license making. Brockets take a lot of money for this and rto officer will not do against this. If someone give money to brockers then they can able to get their license in 2 days but individual can't. And in this corruption the main role is of rto officer. He will not do anything against this. And his behavior against indivisible is very bad.
Sir, i request you to please take a rigid action against the rto officer and make this offer corruption free.

I am at ganganagar rto office and it is 10.40 am. But rto officer not yet come. People are standing in queue for only one sign of rto officer from 10 am to till now. And responsible officer not present yet. It is not the way to treat people's coming for their own dl and the wait 1-2 hours only for the signature of rto officer. It is not one day problem it is everyday routine to not come on time. And people have to wait for the rto officer. I know this complaint not effect anything and nothing going to change. People have to wait everyday and rto officer not come on time.

I applied for 3 Driving licsense for 3 person. In which 1 is for LUV and rest of them are for two wheelers. We 3 passed the test without any issue and it is more than 20 days and still i did not received any of the licsense ! There is no support from customer care. Location :- Indore RTO. They didn, t even gave me any kind of Receipt to find where it is. But anyhow i managed to get the payment Receipt and tried to track the application. and i found that the one which is for LUV is showing pending for personalization and pending for Authorization but rest of them are showing as Record printed and record authorized but i din not received any of the licsense. Support needed.. Please help me to sort my query out. Thank-you

This is to share my experience with the latest online portal for license.

After clearing test for license, rto made unnecessary delay of 3 hours to issue the final license copy.

The whole process till online test clearance hardly take half an hour which is appreciable.

If the government offices creating such time passes for 5 min work then all the effort for issuing license in no time goes in vain.

I have submitted photocopy of my licence, for uploading in system. However a month elapsed, but i am still unable to see my licence details in maharashtra rto system. Despite of visiting twice, the personal holding desk for licence year 2000 were not available at their places during office hours.
More over my licence details are visible in national licence depository. But not in maharashtra rto system. Please help in this regard.

I want to complain that the permanent number has not been generated yet. When i talk to the respective show room he says that it will come on my registered number. Not sure when it will come.
I’m not able to take my bake anywhere as this will be considered illegal. Either tell me the procedure to get noc so that i can ride my bike or please get this resolved asap.

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

I have a two wheeler dl (Mcwg). Due to delay in receiving smart card of dl, i have applied new learner license for lmv separately in sarathi portal and subsequently based on ll test result, a ll for lmv has been issued.

However, when i was attempted for dl (Lmv), it was shown by system - you have to do additional endorsement to dl. Considering the remark, i have applied for additional endorsement to dl and appeared at rto jagatsinghpur (Od21). I have submitted all necessary documents along with orginal dl (Mcwg). Application no. [protected]

It is about one month passed from my application date[protected], and my application status is still pending with rti level. As a result, i am unable to apply for dl (Lmv) and my ll is going to expire in last of december.

It is requested to kindly foster the process, so that i can apply for dl before expiry of my ll (Lmv). I shall remain greatful before you for this act of generosity.

I have completed the required formalities including the payment but its been a month now that my application status says application is under processing at rto level. With scrutiny - (Document verification). With the counter being imvcnt8. With my application no being [protected]. I request to please look into the matter as quickly as possible. I hope it will be resolved soon.

I have taken driving test on august 3 but still i didn't get my dl delivered to me. I checked the sarathi online status using application number.

It is showing "dispatch of the dl and psv badge" status last updated on 16 november. What do i have to do to get my dl

Hi, My LMV learning license had expired on 1st October 2019, and I had applied online for renewal on 2nd of October.
This is with the PUNE RTO
However its still stuck on Scrutiny Document verificiation stage (its been more than 25 days now ). I have been checking the status regularly, but doesnot change at all.
Please help me if you know what steps can be taken this to expedite it asap

I am pavithra from chennai. This is an incident which happened in mumbai where an auto driver tried to charge extra from a foreigner. I am not sure but i assume the number is mh02va 2952, i would also like to give a disclaimer that i am not the direct witness for this incident, all i know about this is from the youtube channel.

M allots the number he has not followed the instructions issued in g. Oms no.175 date[protected]. I apply for a driving license from rto chhindwara without agent but when i submit the form to driving officer he said that you have to show your driving skills by driving a car so i bring car and give the driving test but the people who come through agent they didn't give any test. I give the driving test but he fail me because i didn't come through any agents.

Mahaveer travel bus no. 1189 employees are behaving with the customers as the want to take breaks and picking random people from outside. And creating a chaos in the bus. They don't how to drive a bus as their incompetence has costed to 5 more hours in the bus alone.
Their should be a law were driver should be aware that the customers should be taken seriously rather than looking for his own income through picking random people and over crowding the bus.

This is pranjali singh my license has been already issued as per the department status but i haven't received it yet. On getting to the department they said it's been issued and said to come afterwards. And visiting their again and again and always exceeding the time limit. But i haven't received my license till date which is already issued

1. Fill application for license online and book an appointment slot.
2. Visit the rto and submit online generated application and all required documents attached.
3. Then go through different counters and wait outside until they call you for giving test.

I wish to register my complain against rto kalahandi, which is in odisha, in the state of kalahandi. I, chandan kumar jena on oct 1 visited the rto to appear my mcwg driving license test... I passed both in the viva and the practical vehicle driving test with absolute no error... I was confident but on the 23 of oct, nearly 22 days after the tests the result is out and it says failed... Is this because i chose not to go through dalals and bribe the officers??? I am giving my necessary details of the tests bellow. Kindly look into this matter.
