It's been 2 months that i am waiting for my 2 wheeler new registration rc card. Whenever i am going in rto, they are saying contact post office and whenever i am going to post office they are saying the ems tracking number is incorrect, contact rto.
I am not sure if this is way telangana rto works.
Post completing all the formalities, if we need to run for our won rc which is supposed to be delivered by rto to the home address, this is really pathetic and waste of citizens time.

Request someone to help in getting the rc as soon as possible.

I went to rto office noida for renewal and address change of my licence no uk[protected] applied on 21/11/2019. At the counter 12, i asked for address change and renewal of my valid dl by giving my valid licence to the official sitting there.
A person was standing before window no 12 just behind me and the official asked him to help me and told me too that he would help. I told him that i had downloaded all the forms and filled and he can take them with my adhar copy, original dl and and guide me about the fee to be paid. But he directed the person to see it. I asked his name and he told kuldeep and reluctantly gave his mobile no [protected]. Then he asked rs 3000, a composite fee of transfer, address change, medial, noc and cancellation o[censored]k dl for issuance of fresh dl. I asked for the receipt and he said it to be given after money deposit. I gave money but receipt was given only for rs 600. Kuldeep said that other cost is added and fresh receipt would come soon. There was another official behind counter in window 12 who did my photo and took my sign. I was told by him that new dl will reach to me in a week's time.
I got sms that my application no [protected] is kept pending on same date. I called kuldeep no of times but he never picked phone and did not answer message reply. On 25th nov i checked status online for the application no [protected] and it shows that the same is cancelled. Again no reply from kuldeep. There is a clear fraud and nexus of this man kuldeep and some officials of rto window 12 to cheat the customers. I need immediate response from rto noida

Sir,
I submitted my motorcycle rc copy to rto hooghly (Chinsurah) for puc registration on 11/11/2019, but still today they did not update my puc, so i am unable to check my motorcycle pollution,.
If i caught by the police while riding my motorcycle what, should i do?
There is not my fault that your authority is not updating my puc even after i submitted it.

I am rajat namdev from indore i applied for driving licsense for motor cycle with gear and got it on[protected] and now on 2019 i applied for driving licsense for luv but i did it on my self. I went to their website https://dpes.mptransport.org/APPOINTMENTSYSTEM/(S(walqi155rx5g2v2w51eohr45))/App...⇄ and tried to contact helpline number but no response had been given and no one picked up the call after so many attempts. So, i checked whole site properly and applied for new driving licsense for luv. I got my learning licsense successfully after taking appointment and paying fee of 225 ₹ after that trial period i applied for driving licsense for luv after paying fee of ₹800 after that i gave trial for it and passed it smoothly. I did all the required procedures and they told me that i will get it on the given address in a month. After waiting for 1 month i had not received it. So i filed a complaint over consumer forum then they responded and called me to visit rto (Indore) i went to the rto (Indore) today and they told me that your licsense is not completed because i applied for another new licsense while having one which was only of motor cycle with gear. And now they are saying you should have applied for endorsement instead of new licsense but their website is not user friendly. They used the term endorsement instead o[censored]pgradation or upgrade which seems more accurate. And their helpline never responds properly. I tried to connect a lot of times but not a single call has been connected. Now after all that they are saying me to do all procedure again and choose the option endorsement and i have to pay all the fees again. It is totally disappointment. I am a student and i don, t do any job and now i have to pay whole fees again and my time too.. I want some serious help please. Is it wrong to apply for your licsense on your self instead of agent! I just want justice. An indian citizen with full disappointment by rto (Indore) service. I want refund or licsense.!! Help!! Their website sucks.. And their helpline is dead. Never connects!

Sir, i have purchase one two wheeler (Ntorq) from tvs dealer named m/s. Dynamic motors, nagpur vide tax invoice no. Dm/1850/18-19 dated 28.01.2019. Inspite of several personal visits to showroom, communication in telephone & email, i have been deprived by the agency to provide me the vehicle no.. I have been challan by traffic police of rs.200/- for not having the number plate. The dealer in this regard is only giving us assurance since last 10 months.
I humbly request to please take immediate action against the agency and kindly provide me the vehicle number provided by rto.

My self mashkoor alam (Date of birth-01/10/1995). Add - jhelum hostel room no 136, jnu, new 110067. The status of my dlhas been completed and dispached from jnu so the item has redirected najafgarh and it shows so insufficient address.
Kindly, i request you to confermed that how can i receive item (Dl). And also conferm the status of item to my contact no ([protected] / [protected]). How many days we should wait to recieve dl.

The online status for a month now shows "approval of endorsements on dl".

The provisional dl they gave me when i submitted the application was valid for 1 month - so technically i am driving without a dl now.

I have completed and passed my driving test on 23rd sep 2019 but till date my application status shows pending at "approval of endorsements on dl" at counter "dl appr-1" while i passed my exam i have been told that it will be delivered to mentioned address after 45 days. As per our parivahan mantri mr. Nitin gadkari saheb statement last time that on news that all the license will be issued to the applicant within the week but in my case its more than 1 month. I have applied for license individual, without any agent, is that my fault please explain me. Now how can i drive vehicle without my dl. Its difficult for me to drop & pickup my child from school. Its my humble request to you please help me to get it as early as possible

My request for duplicate driving license along with international driving permit and driving abstract was approved on 7th nov 2019 and on 16th nov the status is showing as printed. Now i have a flight for canada on 26th nov and my job require a driving license. My license is not delivered and its showing information unavailable and under processing at rto level. Despite contacting rto 3 4 times i am not getting any response. My application number is [protected]. Please help me. Without dl i will lose my job offer.

Auto riksha mh 05 dz 2573 abused
In front of other riksha driver my activa dash lightly with auto riksha and he abused and demand 500/-
My activa was in parking and i told him i need side but he ignor itried take out activa adgust but he not listning althogh i turn my activa on this time litely dass to riksa and he started rubbiesed langueage

My humble request for you.

This type of road penalty like without helmet, license, insurance etc. Are totally digitalise, so all penalty amount are direct to government account and not a corruption by any rto staff. Otherwise any highly penalty you have fine but not a imrove any rto staff to correption so please all rto road staff provide barcode scanner and receive penalty via paytm, netbanking, google pay etc. And that type of system are totally paperless and worthless.

My name is ahmed razza am from nagaur rajasthan sir maine abhi recently nagaur rto se driving licence ke liye apply kiya thha 40din baad mera licence aaya to usme photo meri nhi thhi sayad kisi problem ki wajah se meri jagah mere licence pr kisi or ki photo aagyi to me change krwane ke liye wapis rto office gya to mujhe waha baithe babu ne kaha ki yaha nhi hoga agle counter pr jaao or ase karke mere pura 1 din khrab kar diya dusre din gya too unhone kaha bahar e-mitra se biometric change ka from bharo me e-mitra gya to unhone kaha ki 400rs ki rashid ktegi or 100rs form ke lgenge is wajah se mera pure 2din khrab huye or unki galti ki wajah se wapis form ke paise bhi me hi du me ek student hu or meri study jaipur chal rhi h or inke chakar me meri 2din ki study mera aane jaane ka kiraya bhi lga or mera kaam bhi nhi hua sir government office is there for help sir but mera kaam bhi nhi hua what should i do now

We have received sms on 19.11.2019 by rto office jehanabad bihar-804408 for dispatch of my rc book of motorcycle (Br25d3025) by speed post and can be track online. We are trying to track speed post no:ja[protected]in online by india post portal since 19.11.2019, but result showing is..."consignment not found".
So where is my speed post latter for rc book (Br25d3025), issued by rto jehanabad (Bihar).
Please update my rc book (Br25d3025) status of motercycle.
We have not received rc book (Br25d3025) and also not showing online status of speed post no:ja[protected]in in india post portal, dispatched by you on 19.11.2019.

I have completed my driving test and qualified in driving test got license number ka01 /0038755/2019, but after printing the card they have not sent the card to me yet to now.
Still, i can see it was with sup3.
Why it is there still if i go there they will ask bribe.
After paying the money for dl then again why do i have to pay money to take my dl smart card?

I have applied for dl for two and four wheelers in pimpri chinchwad pune mh14 and given my test on 17th june 2109
I have cleared the test and they told me i will get the license in 30 to 40 days.

When i not get the same answer even after 4 month i tried to find the reason. First i went to idtr pune where i gave the test so the clerk told me you have not even given the test your entry is not there in register so you are not given. I told them if the enty is not there that doesn't mean i didn't
Given the test.
Then i went to control room and they told me there is no action taken on your application so you need to go to pimpri rto office. I went there they told me we have not received your paper and they send me back to idtr
Again in idtr they said we can not do anything you need to find the officer who has taken the test, now tell me how i would know and remember the name of officer who has taken my test 6 month back
I met arto officer as well and he said me the same thing. I am now tired of this hectic irresponsible process and no one cares about public loss.
Note - every one is asking me have you processed your application by your self so i said yes so is tat my crime what.
If i would have given 5000 to any agent then definitely i would not faced these issues and i have seen while i was in queue
The agents are coming and taking the signature and all

I fill the on line R.C address change &some correction our name, father name on date 13/10/ 2019 . I fallow the all Prosses and pay to the on line fee Rs 150/- . After some days I go to the RTO OFFICE RAE BARELI on date 16/11/2019 and required all document submit the RTO Office but my RC no have receive to me today's. my Bike no.UP33S8489.
Please take needfully action and resolve my problem and my Bike RC provide to me.

Sir,
I was going for my classes in the evening, and near high court square black car was behind me continuously honking despite the signal was red, when i asked him to stop he abused me from inside.
When signal opened he was behind me and near regal square he tried to ram his car into my bike from behind, same can be confirmed via cctv footage.
Please do take action against such person.

Payment was deducted from our bank account and the amount is displaying pending and can not procced further from Cyber Treasury reference id [protected].
