I, aman kumar r/o kalyanpur kanpur up. I'm raising a complaint against rto kanpur for showing negligence on lost of consumer file of hypothecation.
My father mr c. S. Maurya retired from reserve bank of india kanpur recently visited on dated 20.06.2019 the rto office kanpur where he was requested to discharge of his hypothecation for the car which had been financed from rbi kanpur for which he submitted the rs.100 fee along with all concerning documents which were required.
That day there was a dealing clerical staff named mr tomar who picked up the documents file and fee for that he provided a receipt with serial no.18.
Today on 28.06.2019 my father gets a call from rto office kanpur mob. No. [protected] on the phone the concerning person said to my father that his file for hypothecation process has been lost when my father queried on this matter the person on the call said the file has brunt after listening such negligence my got angered on him then the person said that uncle you must come to the office for your work we can't help you on this further.
Now my query is my father's health is concerning as he is a senior citizen and how he may visiting again and again for this work.

Now my complaint against arto and dealing officers and clerical staff for showing this kind of negligence and please provide me with the resolution on this matter. And requesting here that please ensure a strong official action taken to punish people who break laws and showing such negligence.

However previously many time kanpur rto has been notoriously famous in corruption as well as this act shows that the dealing officer wants some favour for doing this job.

Chief minister mr yogi adityanath ji says regularly that his state has no corruption and no hectic working culture especially for senior citizens but here i am really disappointed by this kind of working in rto kanpur.

Hello sir i want to get your attention towards simulator of rto udham singh nagar. As yesterday i went there for making my driving license of lower motor vehicle and they said to me that our simulator is not working you go bring you yr own four wheeler vehicle otherwise arrange it from anywhere. But currently i don't have my own car and i tried much but nobody wants to give their car for 2 min and atlast they said if you are unable to arrange you will be failed and lastly they failed me and my licence get rejected and one person was also there for dl of lmv who faced same problem, if the simulator was working properly today i could have my dl in my hand. But due to the non working of the simulator i get this kind of problems there and i want that you should do something about simulator so that people do not have any such type of problems.

Sir please global international school railway fatk phalodi ka pas white curger gadi 40 students sitting time morning 8, am and afternoon 12.30. Pm please 4 years sa rut chala raha ha 40 students. And daily 120km. Up down paleena dholasar moriya dhanok sa students la raha ha and teacher apani manmargi kar raha ha aur hama bola raha aap ja chao sikayat car do hamara koi fark nai padana ha aur total 12 vaical chala raha ha sabhi overlord ha sab. I have applied for permanent dl in up ghaziabad, test given on 15th june and i was advised that in 4 days inwill get approval message and in 20 days dl will be delivered but till now status is pending.

I am mr. Laxman munjaji gutthei, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) driving licensed, my application no. Is [protected] dob[protected] at hingoli rto, maharashtra
I have passed for mcwg driving test on dated[protected].
But till the date it's shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application

Approval of dl pending from last 8 month

Hi Team,

I got my LLR from Chennai, TN09 after booking online. Now when I tried to book DL test slot through online after filling application no and DOB and Captcha, my details came but however I am not to click proceed to book. Because it is disabled and other two options are enabled is only Home and Go back. I have paid ₹800 and my LLR going to expire by Jul 7 (Which is in 1 week). Please help me out.

Today from katemanevili naka i wanted to hire a rick towards chinchpada, alongwith me my 3yr old n 6yr old two daughters where there. He allowed me only if pay for two seats, i refused since my 3yr old would sit on my lap the other two could stand. So i approchd auto nex to him, he too askd to pay fr two seats. As it was raing heavily i walked along with my daughters to chinchpada. Other passenger wil hv problm, taking so many children in raincoats inside auto, dis is what they replied. I have seen these auto rickshaws carryng school kids on both sides of driver seats.. That is not a prblm. Bt a women carryng 3kids in rain payng for single seat is a problem. I did abused both the rickshaw drivers. Kindly deal with such complaints.

For getting duplicate licence, i filled online application and paid fees also
Still the rto people zendz me from one table to another table and it they asks me to come again,
Why should i spend my to days and travelling which costs me more than agent charges
Your initiative to bring transprancy is appriciated but the staff here is unbelivable, they are doing agents work infront o[censored]s and telling us to come again because its lunch time,
This need to improve and please respect the public for whom you are there, this is the incident at andheri west rto

Please that note that my self miss ca pallavi dasani having vehicle no mh12np3995. Today morning at 8.30 am at market yard pune mr vinay incharge unnecessary lock my car with zaamar by saying that we had parked our vehicle. Please take note that my father was seating in the car. We also in the car, even knowing the fact mr. Viany lock my car. And charges me fees of rs 236/- he did this to achieve his target. Please take legal action against mr. Vinay.
We had stop vehicle for a second to put a fruit in dicky. With in that second he put a zamar.
This is one type of harassment and cheating to citizen

I had given dl test for mcwg on[protected] in jamtara dto, jharkhand (Jh21). The officer informed me that i have passed the test and i'll receive my dl in 8-10 days. Its been more than two month and my application status still shows record test results of driving test (Rtoauth1) at rto level.

I applied for renewal of driving license on 07-june-2019 and till today i have not received my driving license. My application number is [protected].

The current status shows :
Application is under processing at rto level.

And the application processing stage shows : approval of endorsements on dl

Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

I request you to please do the needful.

I wanted to pay fees for my license test but due to unavailability of another debit card options, i had to change payment mode. When i tried to repay i get the following message: "payment is pending... Please wait for 30mins for the confirmation from the bank or please contact rto office".

This status has been persistent for more than 24 hrs.
I have my license test on coming saturday so it would be really helpful if its resolved at the earliest.

My name is Kusum Balhara i bought a bike on 14 October 2018 from that time till now i haven't received my vehicle registartion certificate i visited RTO office of Gurugram, Haryana . They gave me this tracking code EH[protected]IN
and said go to Head branch of India Post in Gurugram . I visited their and they said that the Registration Certificate is delivered to the nearest branch from your home address . After That i visited Palam Vihar India Post office branch and now they are saying that we dont have any information regarding your vehicle RC. My vehicle registration number is HR26DT0479. My bike is TVS Apache 200 2.0 . I want my RC at any cost i am not fool going here and there .
I didn't received any phone call that your RC is delivered and i didn't get it.
Whose Fault is it, The Dealer from where i bought my vehicle or RTO office or The India Post for taking responsibility of delivering the RC to the customer.

I had applied for DL on 21/01/19 at DTO banka. My application no is[protected]. My learner license no has been approved after one month of application. I have submitted all the required documents and fees and passed the test but still status is pending at RTO level.

Now its been more than 5 months of application but still staff of rto is not confirming about anything. I had applied it through staff Abhinav Kumar.

I had given dl test for mcwog on[protected] in wadala rto, mumbai (Mh03). The officer informed me that i have passed the test and i'll receive my dl in 8-10 days. Its been more than one month and my application status still shows scrutiny (Document verification) at rto level.

I have been waiting for my driver's licence br07 [protected].

Rto name: dto, darbhanga

As per the website printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) completed on[protected] and the status is stuck on dispatch of the dl and psv badge ever since.

Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.

All bus stops in bangalore are very close to junctions or at a turn. Bus will stop exactly middle of the junction and also the driver ensure to park middle of the road. It causes traffic jam as series of buses stops at junction and block the road. It can be observed at st john's bus stop or at sarjapur signal (Iblur). Since buses stops at junction, commuters also wait at junction. Please take appropriate action to avoid traffic jam due to bus stops

My application has submitted on[protected] but till the date it was not proceed properly so my licence renewal was getting very delayed and the address also not changed. The officer was not informed any thing properly and it makes me struggle for six months. Here i attached the applied details. I kindly request you to proceed my application.
