I have applied permanent driving licence (Smart card) card was printed on 13may 2019 but it is not dispatched yet. According to our discussion with asst rto. (Babu) sitting on 1st floor said that you can come by 25th may, from mumbai as i have to take leave from my office which is situated in mumbai and i have to come back also to join on certain date. Now what should i do can you please arrange on priority or should i take action against all the responsible people. I have lots of complaints regarding fraud going in chandauli rto. I already have mail marked to [protected]@gov.in

Card printed on 13th may and still not dispatched how responsible people are in rto offices???

Hi,
I need a soft copy of the form 22 submitted at karnataka indiranagar (Ka-03) rto to complete the migration process for my vehicle. Can you please help me with that. I will be migrating my vehicle from bangalore to kolkata. Kolkata rto has asked this document which will prove that yamaha fascino scooter is bs4. However my dealer (Yamaha vinayak, domlur) neither has been able to get me a copy of the form 22 nor they could get me a certificate for bs4. Even the invoice of the vehicle does not mentions this. So can you please help me to get a copy of form 22.

I reserved a number for new two wheeler registraion through vahan parivahan (Fancy number) online paying rs. 5000. The details of which are as follow -

I paid rs. 5000 and reserved this number as this was showing available but now when i went to rto they are saying it was showing available in system as it is manually already alloted. So it is not available.

Now i want to know what to do in this stage as my money is already blocked and i am also not getting the booked number.

So either let ne choose another number for money given or refund my amount so that i can re reserve another number. Please process the refund for same.

Sir, i'm trying to book my slot for driving licence test. But when i enter my details it shows that "entered application number is approved. Slot booking is not allowed." please help. Only 5 month left for my slot limit as 1 months have already passed.

This is to inform you that in our surat rto some trb constables are looting people who drive without rc book and p. U. C. They have licence and they wearing helmet also while driving but still the traffic constables fine them for driving without puc and r. C book. And some of them (Traffic police) are fine people without fine receipt. Today i went to the library for purchasing some books but at the middle of the road some traffic police stopped me and ask me for driving licence. I showed them my driving licence and i had already wear a helmet. Then after they asked me to show puc and r. C book. But at that time i had not bring it with me. So they asked me to pay 400 as fine. But i forgot my wallet at that time. So i had only 100 to give them. And they convinced and asked to 100 and i gave because i had no option. But after taking the fine they didn't give me the receipt. And these heppened outside the commissioner office. They are looting people openly. It's my humble request you to take actions against them. Thank you sir.

My permanent driving licence has been approved a 20 days back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address. As it was supposed to be delivered within 7 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job so it is not possible for me to go to rto every week and check for the same.
Kindly look into this.

In aug'18 i had come and submitted all relevant documents relating to termination of hypothecation to the raja garden rto branch, delhi.

Yet when i checked the system it still shows the financer name as orix.
Also my name is reflecting as lessee. Why is the word lessee added?

Please find attached my letter of confirmation of termination of hypothecation and also attached the rto vahaan screenshot showing that my car is still financed and under hypothecation.

I have followed up multiple times with raja garden rto but no one reverts. This is not how a customer needs to be treated.
Please confirm when the change will reflect.

I reached here at 9.30am. But they are not starting llr test. Officer who conduct test is not here. So many people are waiting here. This rto don't have basic needs like water. No place to sit.

Its 11.30 now. Nearly 100 people and make them stand in 5×10 space. So much suffocating due to bad smell from toilet. This is full of irresponsible people. They don't respond properly. It's really annoying and they wasting everyone's time.

My father sri sukdeb kumar is a senior citizen in India, .His age is 67.He applied his driving license for renewal through sarathi website on 21.12.2018 .Already 5 months is over.still he did not received driving licence.As per rules, he provide everything as medical fitness certificate, paid fees at RTO howrah on 02.012019 Rs.240.00 to rto cashier shakti nath saha, his application number is [protected].On 20.05.2019 he visited rto howrah, but they had harrased and deny to give new license.His driving licence number is Wb[protected].His date of birth is 06.01.1953.

I was purchase my bike in chennai and i got transferred from chennai to ordnace factory trichirapalli, since i was applied in online for change of address in rc details on 06th may 2019, the application no. Tn190506v9350665/tn190506c9689051 through https://Parivahan.gov.in/vahanserice and i met trichy rto office, they refused to take my application and give instruction to meet thiruvarambur rto office, hence i request you to kindly give suitable instruction and also requested to change registering authority tiruchi rto to thiruvarmbur rto, tricy in my above said application please.

I've applied for learning license but rto office rejected my form because i've add 50cc motor vehicle in it so they reject it directly told me to apply newly. Ive choosen lmv, mcwg, 50cc and they reject and i've passed learning lincense test but this issue arises. What can i do now?
I've paid 503 rs fee of learning lincense
So money i've paid is wastage isn't their another option

I have applied online for endorsement of 4 wheeler driving license with the existing 2 wheeler driving license and also for 4 wheeler driving license track test.
I have paid my fees for 4 wheeler track test of rs. 1000/- online through sarathi website payment gateway.
The amount has been debited from my account but the status of fee payment is still not updated. I have not received the receipt of fee payment.
While checking the application status, it shows pending and payment status shows verifying with the bank.

It has been a week by now and there is no update or change in the status

Hi i am shubham, r/o b-1/348 new kondli delhi, i have submitted a application to transfer rc as i have purchased a second hand bike, my application no is-dl190421x0696298 and receipt no-dl190421x0596316, and regidtration no of bike is-dl1sy2029, i have submitted application on 21/04/2019 but till now, the rc diddnt get transferred, kindly help please

Sub : RTO office at Pen, Khopoli, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra state issued a LMV License on 23.05.1996 valid till 01.06.2027 (NT) manually in the name of Mr. Anil Durgavale whose D.O.B is 02.06.1977 as shown in the license (copy attached). He met with an accident while driving vehicle MH 46 AL 9972 on 23.04.2019. The vehicle was insured with Iffco-Tokio General Insurance company, India vide insurance policy No. M0996559 valid from 07.05.2018 to 06.05.2019 (copy attached). The vehicle was surveyed and a claim No. 1-131ME05D was lodged with the insurer. However, the claim did not pass by the insurer, stating that the license is not valid on the day of accident.

We had approached the RTO Sub Office at Pen where the license was originally issued. They have asked to put up an application to convert the manual license to smart card license as such we have applied for smart card license and surrendered the manual license for processing online as per the instruction of RTO Pen.

However, when we received the smart card license, we have noticed it was marked as renewed. RTO Pen have given letter (copy attached) stating that the manual license was issued as per their official record with validity from 23.05.1996 to 01.06.2027. Also in the letter, they have mentioned that the license is valid till 22.05.2016. It is quite embarrassing how the validity of a manual license while converting to smart card changes. They also admit it was a mistake from their clerical staff while recording. However, we have denied the insurance claim, and we would request the claim should be settled by RTO Pen and it is amounting to Rs. 3, 50, 000/-

I, Harshil Doshi an obedient citizen of Maharashtra have a vehicle numbered as MH 03 CP 7999, Ford Ecosport titanium + sports, white colour, diesel. I have purchased this vehicle on June 2018.

Recently logged in on the Maharashtra e-challan website to check the challans on my car and shockingly i found 3 challans out of which 2 challans were levied on a tata truck who has somehow copied my vehicle number totally. This is an utter act of fraudlent activity where we are being held responsibile for some other person's mistake.
The challan numbers for your reference are as follows.
1. MUMCM[protected]
2. MTPCHM[protected]
3. MTPCHM[protected]

I want your help for this matter since this truck is not my vehicle and I am being held responsible for their foul practice. How can a vehicle get exactly the same number in the same city along with same series?

Please do the needful. An early action to the above stated matter would be highly appreciated.

Hello sir,

Consumers submitting applications to private agents are not giving test because they're bribing them with a lot of money like 2000 for getting the license.
They're getting the license without appearing for the test and directly sent for photograph.

It's too unfair. And the one who don't know driving are also getting license with this inappropriate act.

Kindly take appropriate actions against this crime.
I've visited jabalpur rto and got to know about this.

We had applied for change in address on licence one month back, we have yet not received our licence also we have submitted our original license copy.
If we check status online it shows "waiting for approval" this status is unchanged from last one month.

Request you to please complete the process and dispatch our license immediately its causing inconvenience.

But the aproval and printing and dispatch of licence is showing pending.

Scrutiny of documents has been completed.
But till date the license has not been approved and status shows as “pending for approval of dl at admin level”.

Dear sir/madam,

I am a professional person, i was traveling from sangamwadi parking 2 to shivaji nagar, narveer tanaji, shivajinagar on 15th april 2019. It is hardly a distance of 1.5 km from sangamwadi parking 2. Auto rickshaw driver told me he will go with the meter. So i sat in his auto then he restarted the meter and i get down at shivajinagar, his meter reading was rs78. Which is much more higher than pune auto rickshaw fare for 2 kms.

I request you to please take certain action against him and please do check his meter reading, he is currently using a faulty meter to fool travelers.
