I am yoman gautam from saroop nagar, delhi .My driving is not delivered but i got a message that your driving license will delivered in 31 may, 2019 but till then i did not get the driving license, I have asked in post office of samaypur badli but they denied.what should i do in that situation.please help me as soon as possible.

Hi,
My application no is - [protected]. I passed the DL test on 12th Dec, 2018. But still now, it's showing that this is under ARTO level and printing of DL in form 7 is still pending. It has been almost 5 months but I haven't received the DL yet. The online portal is showing the license no as well - WB67 [protected].

Kindly help me to get the DL as soon as possible.

I have been waiting for my driver's licence (Application number [protected])

As per the website printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) not completed on and the status is stuck on dispatch of the dl and psv badge ever since.

Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.

I had my driving license test on Saturday[protected], I was there on time according to my slot. But the officers made me wait for 2 hours and then when finally I got the chance to perform in the test, the instructor asked to take back the car outside the gate. When I asked "What about the test?", he said, "this is the test only". He didn't even look at my driving and when today I checked the website, It is showing that I failed in the driving test.
Is this how you people take test?
Please solve this issue on an earliest.

RTO office, bharuch officer said to us that the courier has been already sent to you on 08/09/2016 by POST, but still we have not received it. and we have also search in ankleshwar POST office, but they said that RTO department has not sent any courier to your name. now what can i do sir ????

My driving licence number is
I have got my driving licence issued on 13/06/18
but i have not received my driving licence yet.
It has been 12 months since i have applied for it but i have not received it. I checked it from my postman but he has not got the licence. I request you to theck the matter and send the driving licence as soon as possible.

My app no [protected] and I am from WB. Trying to book a slot since the last 10 days ..but every time I get a message showing slot booking is not available for the last 30days. Please kindly see the matter. Had it been Delhi it would have been smooth sailing . But in other states it's filled with scam. People don't have so much time that they will sit in front of the computer day in and day out just to book a driving slot. Inspite of all the painstaking hardwork nothing gets done. That's frustrating!

I was driving in the heavy traffic from Ganapathy coimbatore to wards gandhipuram. A public route bus going to Sathy was coming back to my car. There was traffic signal at gp. There was one car on my right hand side and two Bic on my left. The sathy bus was standing at my back. There was no space to move on with side. The bus driver purposefully came and hit my car. When asked why did he hit my car. The conductor peeping his head out said that the car has to move right. This is such a stupid behaviour of the bus conductors and driver. I think the driver is drunken and drive. When there is no common sense for the driver driving a public transport then where is the safety for the passengers traveling inside the bus. The RTO HAS TO TAKE STRINGENT ACTION AGAINST SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON AND REMOVE THEM PERMANENTLY FOR THE SAKE OK SAFETY OF PEOPLE SO THAT THE ACCIDENT RATE COMES DOWN.

Time of accident is 9.10 pm at GP signal.

I have applied my LLR for the first time...
I have done all the steps as per basics
Finally I have done my payment but it was not happend unfortunately...
So i have came back and trying to apply again but my status was in pending and also displaying my adhar was already registered...
So could you please help what should I do???

I Had applied for Driving Licence for 4 Wheeler. On going at the RTO they informed me that the application has been made for both 2 & 4 Wheeler. And that the application can not be furthered as I was having the licence for 2 wheeler. They didnt upgraded it for only 4 Wheeler. Now I want my applcation fee of Rs. 1350 to be refunded back in my account.

Today morning at Thane Naka, the auto driver (REG. No. MH 46 BH 4579) driving rashly & almost he rammed us without any indication. After that I asked him about what he had done he replied rudely with abusing words to me. We are on the way to our offices on our two wheeler. I'm with my wife. Instead of proper driving auto drivers always bullied others at Panvel. Like this incident.

Today (13th June 2019 : 4.30PM ), I was returning home from college as usual. And got a lift from a friend uptil [censored]ladevi bus stop. After not finding a bus even after waiting for a long period of time I decided on taking a taxi.

That's when there was this taxi standing near the bus stop and I approached it. As I sat into the taxi he switched on the AC so I confirmed with the taxi driver of it being a AC kaali peeli taxi which means he would charge an extra 30% on the total fare as the rule states. By the time I reached home (Prabhadevi) the meter showed me a total of Rs. 220 while the actual cost for a taxi from [censored]ladevi to Prabhadevi is usually between Rs. 60-70 even after adding the extra 30% fare of the AC the total wouldn't come up to 220.
As I questioned the driver over the same, he started yelling at me and telling me that the rate for his cab is 220 itself that that he wouldn't let me go without me paying him the amount. I asked him to accompany me to a police station but he avoided it.
Finally as he wasn't ready to listen I paid him the Rs. 220 and asked him to wait till I take down the Taxi number as he continuously threatened me over me not paying the amount. But he speeded away. I still managed to take a picture that has the taxi number.

I hope you and your authorities take the right action against this individual and make sure no other person is treated in this manner or cheated by over paying an extra fare for no reason.

Please take into consideration my issue and try to take some action against it.

I have given driving test for four and two wheeler permanent license application no. [protected] at Khalilabad RTO (UP-58).
However i have not yet received the driving license even after 50 days.

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :-pending
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending.

There is h.no.mistake in Licence as recd today, it is supposed to be 769 but it is 768, pl. Check the required address proof given.what the use of taking all the formalities.I visited for the same issue at E disha Karnal they are demanding 430 rs.and denied to check the file deposited.The guy Sanjay was there.
You are requested to chk the issue and do the needful.

Sir I have paid the fees for driving test in advance today on[protected] for Pimple Chinchwad (PUNE) and as I continued forward to book the desired slot for the test and I got to know that no date is available before my application expiry date, as I decided to cancel my application and I went through their notes I which it is mentioned that there will me no refund for cancellation.

This is regarding RC cancellation for our Van- KA03AD4184. We got the acknowledgement slip on the 23/02/2019( No- 4231).

The cancellation is still not done after 4 months.

Can you please inform us the status.

We have already paid Rs. 9500/- as fees for it.

There are several cab operators in Adambakkam. All these operators charge an exorbitant amount for hourly packages and outstation packages when compared to call taxi operators. I don't know who is controlling the charges which they have fixed. If it is the RTO or any other transport authority responsible, I request them to take stringent action on these operators and curb the exorbitant charges and put a ceiling. I request immediate action in this regard.

I'm trying to get my driving license renewed fro Surat, Gujarat RTO.
I 've completed the application and uploaded required documents on the portal.
Now when it came to payment, my payment page failed to load and now it is showing me " Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office" since last 2 days. When I was trying payment portal did not launch at all and now it is not allowing me to retry. Please update the status of my payment.
