Hi,

This note is with reference to Grievance No.[protected] . Issue has not been resolved till now.
Please let me know why a complaint should not be filed in the consumer court.
The issue has caused me lot of hardships and mental agony -- for a simple want of a duplicate RC, which is apparently not available due to 'stationary shortage'
This is the most ridiculous reason I have ever encountered. I do not expect any action from your side, this is just a mandatory formality in order to file the case,

There are many issue from the RTO in getting the RC and it has been a big issue now in HYD have also come in News regarding this problem so please kindly cooperate and bare with us we are trying to get the RC at the earliest and once received the payment will be processed .

If it helps, the grievance details screenshots are attached . It was supposed to be resolved by 26/07, however it is still under progress.

I will also forward you the initial email received while logging the grievance, with a commitment to resolve by 26/07.

Updated by Meghasharath Kote I consulted RTO regarding same, but told they don't have any power other than putting 100 rs fine, and they are suppose not run in peak hours of travel of children but still they run say and they will pay fine.. why there is no strict rules to cancel licence of driver and vehicle and fine upto 100000 fine.. make mandatory rule to pack the tip of iron rod with bags with thermal or thick plastic caps to cover, so that they no longer hurt and ban such vehicle travel during peak hours of travel.
