I am Divya Gupta, I have applied for driving license of MCWOG category, my RTO office came under ASST. RTO BULANDSHAHAR (UP13) uttar pradesh, I passed the test on 21/01/2023, Its been 2 months 18 days now but printing of DL by licensing authority is still pending.

Dear sir/madam,
i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no.[protected] at RTO Mumbai East
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 24th Feb 2023
But till the date its shows status pending for LMV
1) record result of driving test
2)approval of dl
3) printing of dl in form 7 &
4)dispatch of the dl by post

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application. Thanks in advance.

My vehicle is registered under 2 RTOs at Bangalore.I am unable to get PUC certificate due to this problem.

During POLLUTION RENEWAL the system shows registered to multiple rtos, and later due to this problem I am also unable to renew And now the pollution and fitness of my vehicle is expired.

I request you kindly to look into this matter.

As i want to issue duplicate driving license at RTO ahmedabad they are telling to fill backlog form from https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/#
as i try to select state error showing this in GJ state backlog is not allowed for public, but at RTO Ahmedabad they are telling server is down all india so you have to wait for server restore than only you can apply for backlog we cant do anything.so pls look into matter as resolve the problem.

It has been 3 days I had given learning test, since now I haven't got approval by licencing authority.

Have not received my RC Hard copy for the motorbike I purchase 6 months back. Its been more than 2 months the application got approved and the status is showing as "Pending Dispatch" at RTO and there has not been a further update. The vehicle number is PB79A1665. Please look into the matter asap.

I am gotam, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Ludhiana Punjab, I passed the test on 05/04/2023, Its been 11 hours now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 27th march 2023.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl

I have filled an online application of HPT(Hypothecation Termination) on parivahan website on 3rd march 2023. on that i have choose faceless verification in that i have to only upload documents on the portal and I don't have to visit the RTO. but after 1 month my application status was "APPLICATION PENDING AT HPT-VERIFICATION AT KACHCHH(GJ-12)". so decided call to parivahan helpline and they suggested me to visit the RTO. after that i traveled...

I submitted my RC book and NOC for my car at Kolkata RTO through Mukesh Hyundai, Keshtopur Kolkata in 2018 for number change from Karnataka to West Bengal. We were asked to coordinate with the agent at the Saltlake RTO. Every time we called, either he did not pick up or if he did receive the call he would give a future date to call and coordinate when to come. This went on till end of 2018 and then Covid-19 came and he stopped answering calls. We followed up with Mukesh Hyundai employee to resolve this but he started ignoring us too. Hence we were only left with a seizure list and pollution papers for our car.

Finally last month, we wrote an email to the Mukesh Hyundai employee asking for our car documents and money. He returned 50000 Rs. (of the Rs. 66000 we paid him) and said that he had already paid 16000 to the RTO. He asked us to write an application and go to the RTO to collect our papers. Now when we visited the RTO, the agent is denying to return the RC book and NOC. He says why are you coming after so long, we can't return papers. After a lot of requests, he says that you have not paid the tax at WB for driving the car here, where I had already paid the lifetime tax at Karnataka for my car. We understand, he is basically looking for more money. Can the RTO seize original papers even when there is no law or traffic violation? how can we file a court case in this instance?

I received an e-challan on my mobile yesterday from the challan.parivahaan.gov website. My car was not even on the roads for time and place that are mentioned in the challan. Neither is the driver who was driving the car known to me.

When my car was standing at my office at that time how can a challan be generated??

Is this some mistake or some kind of fraud?

I applied for name change in my DL and visited RTO and got it approved on 4th Jan 2023, it has been 3 months since then and the status shows, Printing of DL in Form 7. Please help me get my DL, I have lost my patience.
