I, rajesh kumar singh have applied online for issue of new learner licence (Lmv, mcwg) vide application no.[protected] on[protected]. I have been given appointment for online ll test on[protected] between 08:45 am – 10:00 am at zonal office, west delhi, janakpuri. At the time of filling online application i had mentioned my father’s name as m l singh which is short form of my father’s name moti lal singh. While verification of documents, before the online ll test, clerk sitting at counter no. 4 has stated that there is a mismatch of name of your father in documents and online application. I had informed him that this is a short name of my father which is written in his documents also. He said that show me any document where your father’s name is mentioned after your name as m l singh then only i will validate your application. I had shown him electricity bill of my residence where it is clearly mentioned rajesh kumar singh, s/o shri m l singh. He was satisfied with this document but now raised another objection and said that now show me of your date of birth document pan card, passport or school certificate where your father’s name should be mentioned as moti lal singh, then only application will be accepted or i have to apply online once again with exact details mentioned in date of birth document and i have to pay the complete fees once again.in this regard, i have visited thrice with all documents and requested several times to counter no. 4 clerks and inspector of room no. 14 also. I had tried to contact mr. Dinesh kumar, mlo also to explain my grievance but he was in field. Now being a govt. Employee, i feel harassed by the govt. Officials who rotated me this counter to that counter for several times/days. Even, the agents sitting outside the rto office said that they can manage to complete all the formalities with existing documents with these officials only but i have to pay rs. 2000/- for complete package service in addition to govt. Fees. However, being a govt. Employee i refused to pay any type of bribe. Now, i feel that officials at rto janakpuri are working there with doubtful integrity. They are trying to harass the applicants without any cause. Therefore, it is requested that kindly issue instructions to the officials of rto office janakpuri to accept my application and allow me to appear in online ll test. Thanking you in anticipation.

I have applied for a driving license for a two-wheeler (Non gear). The application date was[[protected]], application number[[protected]]. Still, it's showing pending at scrutiny check.
I gave the driving test @ rto wadala
And the officer name was rajput and he told me that i passed the exams successfully.
Do i need to visit concerned rto?
Which documents i need to submit at rto.
How much time will it take to process?

I have paid rs 1000 from bank for a license related service. The status on parivahan site still shows as "payment is pending... Please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank or please connect rto". This is completely unacceptable in today's digital economy promoted by mr modi. Should i launch a complaint with mr gadakari or mr modi's office?...

I have purchased hyundai i20 from divine motors vapi, in 26/01/18 and had applied for registration on 01/02/18 (Gj[protected]) my temp reg no. For your refrence and gj15r[protected] receipt no. For rto tax paid at valsad rto. Sir its been almost 5 months that i had applied for number and till date i have not received my r. C book and at rto when i am going to enquire about my misplaced rc they are telling me to search at post office they had provided me wrong tracking number so unfortunately its lost please help me with the problem.

I have applied the transfer of ownership of a moped. Even though the transfer is visible in the website where we check the registration number, the local office says that some 'internal' transfer has not been done and will take more than 10 days. This is not the actual time it should take. It has ben 4 days since the transfer is shown online and is in the name of the new owner, but the local office cannot confirm it.

We have submited our documents to rto khairtabad, for tranfering the vehicles from gujarat to hyderabad.

We have paid one time tax of rs 75200 for our car and rs 15000 for our two wheelers for shifting the registration from gujarat to hyderabad in may 2014, inspite of several visits to rto we are unable to get the new number.

I hv submitted my motorcycle ownership transfer application number mh040000ah53989 in vasai rto, my bike number is mh48al2757, on date 3/6/2017 and its shows 'varified but waiting for approval' what the shame, after one year and lots of harrashment, and demand bribe from a office staff named shabaaz, i m very upsate, sory to say ' nothing changed'.

Not able to pay online it says please wait for 30 minutes bank is verifying your application number i tried after 30 minutes but it still says the same i tried cancelling appointment and rebooking but still the same error i dont know where to pay please check with the it team there is some site issue as it is not going to payment gateway page.

Please check on this and do the needful.

Car park in the front of my shop in miraroad shanti garden mig1 there is a big issues with the vehicle going by please solve the issue we can't get the tanker water for the shop even the swiper can't swipe the road area properly and is been left as the way it is, all the garbage just cone inside the shop because of the car parked in front qe cant get the deliveries for the shop plz help

I purchased bike which is having price of 113000 and you're taking rto charges of 13000 plus insurance about 4 thousand. Please tell me how's this even possible. I need you to please provide me all detail. Why are you taking that much charges?

I have reached twice after submitting my file to rto amritsar but didn't get my learning license. It says reprint every documents. Than we will find a solution. If i have already do every process than why they harass me. Please solve this issue. My application no. [protected]

This is ravikiran serving soldier of indian air force bhuj.. I passed my test 77 days ego.. I don't got... Till now.. I came to bhuj rto office room no 6.. Regarding collecting of my returned dl.. They were not responding to my queries communicate.. Its 12 pm approx date 8jun 18.. Till now officer don't came.. This what the worst service to the common public and serving soldier.. Necessary steps to be taken against this...

I am from rto ramgarh, jharkhand. (Jh/24).. I had applied for driving license. And a date was provided to me for driving test. When i went there i was waiting for 2-3 hrs for officer or rto/dto officer who check the driving test. After that they told the officer was not available or busy in another work. Then i went there after a week, that day the officer was not present. After that i went there 2-3 more days, but many times the officer was not available or he was no mood to conduct driving test. Please take legel action against the officer..

I a resident of dilshad garden had applied for my learning license online but met with a mistake. I have incorrectly entered my name and now nobody is helping me out there and the biggest mistake is i have paid my fees too and nobody is giving out refund..

Sir i am defence person. I have passed driving licence test on 17 apr 18. But my application status is still pending at rto office panchkula. Still rto not issued my driving licence.

My driving license was dispatched on[protected]. But i haven't received it yet. When i went to rto, dahisar they told the license hasn't returned to them till now. It has been 2 months since the dispatch date and i haven't received my driving license. So i went to post office of my area, they told that tell us the speed post tracking number, but i haven't received or got a sms of that number. So what should i don know. So from where to get the speed post tracking number???

I received challan from RTO. As per the challan i did offense around 5:30 on 4th June 2018. As per the challan following are the offenses

1. Mandatory traffic signs not observered
2. disobeying police order

However, from morning ~10 AM I was in office and my car is parked in the office parking and not moved out till i am writing this complain.
I could not see any photo graphs or any evidence of this offense.
I think there is some mistake happened and my car number might have given here. Therefore i request to cancel this challan against my name.

It has been approved two month back and i checked the status through rto office but still its not delivered at home address. Rto office says its delivered to your home. But its not delivered to me. I thing its lost in post office.
Postman says "do whatever you want to do" what should i do. Kindly do needfull.

For getting a learners license for my son, i had submitted all the necessary documents at the website https://parivahan.gov.in where our preference of rto office was asked. Unfortunately after the payment of fees of rs. 950/-, at the time of slot booking we were advised by the portal that online appointment is not possible. Hence, we both visited rto office raja garden on saturday, 2nd june for a learners license for my son. We reached at 8.30 am, and unfortunately there was no electricity & no generators were working. Around 100-150 people had left their works and were stranded in your office. When after lot of prayers & follow-ups electricity came at 10.30 am. My papers were checked and i was advised to go to a cabin, where an officer who was really rude to all asked me why i have come here. I humbly explained that it is for my son’s license who was with me. He said “ ye hamara case ni hei, ye janakpuri ka case hei” i mentioned that i applied as per your portal “ he said “ sunai ni deta aapko “ and asked his gate keeper” inhe bahar nikalo kamre se”.

Anyways, i met the rto raja garden head who explained that your money will be transferred to rto. Janakpuri and to approach the same.

We quickly reached rto janakpuri at 10.50 am where we were advised to go to room no. 4, which was vacant. We were told by someone to go to room no. 17. There we were told to meet mr. Negi, who i called and met, who helped and took out a slot appointment. We were taken to a room where mr. Maharaj singh, motor vehicle inspector scrutinized our papers, and very rudely mentioned that “ ye sab galat hei. Hum transfer kaise kar sakte aapka amount, rto raja garden ki parchi hei. Already 11 baj chuke hein”. I politely told “sir, we are here since 10.50 am but just no one is available “. He said” are you blind.. Can’t you see the address is wrong. He meant the address was not same as aadhar card. “. I said” sir, aadhar card adds post office on its own, and my address is right”. After his rough tone, when i humbly asked him for a solution, he said “re-apply again in janakpuri, with new amount or get your aaadhar card changed”. So finally, my son’s license could not be made.
