I have bought a motorcycle from nand enterprises, satara, mharashtra, i recieved vehicle on 4-jan-2016, but i havent received the number+rc book, till now, 1-august-2016.
Help please..
Everytime i call the rto guy, (I dont want to name or provide any contact details) he gives me a later date or some weird excuse, its very humiliating.
I dont want to pay bribes to anyone at satara-rto....

I am also facing the same problem. I have purchased a CNG vehicle for taxi purpose so that i can get it attached in OLA. However the RTO guragon are no issuing the NCR permit which is required for taxi purpose in delhi ncr. Moreover i came to know that the Faridabad authority are issuing the NCR Permit. I brought Activa bike on dec2014 but since that day i am trying to track my RC BOOK but nobody is giving me right information where i could find my RCBOOK.. RTO saying they dont have... Showroom saying check with RTO... Request you to please help me find my RC BOOK... my vehincal number is KA53 EH 5605...

First of all there was a power cut and no back up power to allow us to take the driving simulator test. After which no attempt was made to bring order as everyone was confused. Then they make us stand in a queue and tell us to not take any tokens. After this they suddenly tell that everyone must take tokens and cause massive confusion. This causes us a lot of grief and pain as we are forced to stand here, helpless for hours together as nobody...

I am mrs. bhalekar herevby complainted you that some vehicle s are parking in front of our society gate. and through out the road (krishna tower, b-503, opp. children's academy school, ashok nagar, kandivali east, mumbai-400101.) due to this illegal parking our children's school can't take turn properly. it takes too much time and children get late for school....

Pimpri chinchwad rto is worst in providing the service to people. On road they ask license. If i go to get the license, there is no proper information for getting in person lisence. They get tremendous money from agent so they want people to buy through agents. It went three useless round trip for driving test. First the papers were reviewed by agent who came to know that i went their without agent and he started asking unenecsasry papers...

We purchased a cng car from gurgaon in jun 2016 for taxi purpose in delhi ncr region.
But delhi ncr permit not issuing by gurgaon rto and saying the words you can only run the taxi out of ncr region with all india permit.
So please inform us is it right ncr region vehicle not allowed to run in ncr region(Delhi, gurgaon, noida, ghaziabad)?

Thane RTO has taken up drive against illegal parking of vehicles in Thane city which is appreciable, but the following things are not taken care of:

1)There are no sign boards displaying " No Parking", but still RTO tows the vehicles.

2)While lifting the vehicles, proper care is not taken. The vehicle gets damaged and even if anybody complains then the RTO staff behaves rudely. Many a times the vehicle owner...

My Vehicle MH02 CW-3834 got towed from front of Parinee Crescenzo Bldg at BKC on 23rd June 2016. I got my vehicle
back after payment of Rs 100/-as fine + Rs200/- towards towing charges. It was informed to me by RTO Police Mr.Rane on duty that entire BKC is `NO Parking Zone.However when I informed them that at the same place their are several vehicles parked, why have you lifted only my vehicle, they did not have satisfactory answer....

Its my observation that if Driving licence is applied through a agent then the process is smoother and there is no disqualification or failed in test.
If applied directly without agent then minute observation and many questions are asked so that the candidate can be made fail in the process and he is harassed to again apply and again come to test.
This observation is about RTO dept, Nashik...

Had booked online test at 11.00 PM on 29/6/2016 and when I go there the person who is responsible for giving the online test is late and another officer sitting there tells he will come at 12.30 or 1 PM wait till then. If this is the case while slot booking online why time selecting option should be given in online while filing the application. Please do take action against people who are irregular to their profession and does not follow...

Im complaining about the non-issuing my driving licence by the RTO office due to the irresponsibility of one of the officers of RTO. Due to which my licence did not get approved further. Kindly see into the matter and report the same as soon as possible

I have applied for my learning license on 2th june 2016. Still i have not received my date for learning license test. The person who has applied 1-2 weeks later has got his date for the test. The person who is applying after me in the same RTO is getting a date for learning license test, but i am not getting it. Make sure that I will get the date in this coming week....

I had made my license from bareilly from an agent name mr. Nandkishore.. and he did not give my learning license intead demand fpr more money and said the I will directly received my permanent licence. .so I apply for permanent licence on 29/03/2016.. but I did not receive my licence yet.. The agent is demanding more money as he had earlier demanded.. he always makes excuses...it's being two and a half month.. he is continously making excuses...

This guy is the biggest fraud in pimpri chinchwad rto, pune...He took
Rs.20, 000 from me alone with original papers of my car to complete the registration process of my honda city...then he ran away with my money and original papers and is not answering my calls

When I went to rto office I found out that he has fooled many people in the past and its his daily habit to try and find new people to fool ...Please beware...

Dear sir/madam, i purchased bajaj ns 200 on 3rd feb 2014 vehicle no. Mh 01 bq 1051 and till date i haven't received my rc book, complaint many times went to rto also its showing pending to print paper rc in their system, imagine more than 2 years without paper, since last 6 month am not riding as got harassed many times by cops, please look in to the matter....

I was there in the rto office of agra to take my truck back which was taken by them because i didnt have originals documents of the vehicle that time... when i went there they do not talk to me properly they abuse me and using bad language and i was talking to them very politely by folding my hands... i worked according to them by fulfilling their all requirement but they take more money which was not required..
I pay all the money...
