Hello sir,
My new car grand i10 gj03jl2051 was registered 3.5 months back in january 2017. I have fitted hsrp registration plate at rto rajkot by having an appointment. They took photographs also. But still i haven't received my rc book. When i inquired rto office rajkot they told that you haven't fitted your hsrp plate and photographs are not uploaded that's why rc book is not generated. But i have number plate fitted by online appointment. Now for their mistake they want me to visit rto rajkot again with my car. But as i am gujarat government officer we have holiday on same day so not possible to go there again. So please guide me in this regard.

Hi, recently i tried to change address in my dl, (Mh37 [protected]) first of all there is no option to update address online, then we have to go for new reissuance.

After that i had paid for address change challan and then submit to rto, washim but still address is not change as per aadhar. Please look after that and do the needful.

I have applied for Permanent Driver License from RTO Gurgaon on 24th March 2017, i cleared all test and submitted my fees and got the driver license number generated a week after but from then till today i haven't received any License yet, i called the toll free number also, they dont even pick up the call, if they pick up they dont talk, they simply asks to go the RTO and check, i have been to RTO office almost 3 time, Every-time they ask to wait for another 15 days, i am not able to drive my vehicle, I need someone to help me in this case.

Dear Concern, we are moving towards development and trying to being civilize rapidly. But Local Buses in UP (Route: Ghaziabad to Noida) is pathetic and they hardly care about any passengers, They divert their route as per their convenience and if it is asked for so, their reply is like with a GUNDA type tone "route toh hum hi bnate hai, jaha bus le jaenge wahi jaegi". Kind of Gunda gardi specially in Regime of BJP is reallynot expected. I think Govt should take strict deccion like same has been taken in Delhi against "Blue line".
Please take necessary step to improve such a offensive act from private bus owners. Nobody is safe.

This is regarding application number[protected] for providing slot date of[protected] which is 4th Saturday and RTO was closed.
Requesting RTO to improve the website service and stop giving wrong slot date and wasting time.

By new rule Activa comes under Motor cycle with gear.Requesting to improve online service for normal individual to understand so that they don't have to apply again and waste their time by visiting RTO just for small mistake.kindly make manual process at respective RTO.

Sir, i am from assam since last two months I have been trying to book slot for my learner license but everytime it says try after 30 days...
It's happening every time i try to book slot, when I ask the District transport employees they told me that u have to try at exactly 12:00am at night, even that also i am trying still I can't book my slot bcoz at that time I do not used to get the OTP in my mobile phone bcoz of what reason I don't know ...
If they can't give facilities online then what is the use of their site... Had it be offline would have been better then..
Plz help. I have no other way to apply for the same...

I had applied for change of RC on change of ownership of the car regd no DL4CAP3157 at RTO Janakpuri Delhi on 08 Mar 17. Transaction No is DL1703T[protected] and receipt no DL41703I00001029. I was instructed to collect the same after one month. I visited the RTO on 10 Apr 17. However, the personnel operating the counter was unable to find the RC in the office and asked me to come after one week. I again visited the RTO on 17 Apr 17, still the concerned personnel could not find it. He asked me to give him copy of receipt and convinced that i will be called when it is found.
It is mentioned that no intimation has been received till date. It is requested that necessary action may be taken at your end.

I were submit my fees for learning license for M.cycle
During the submission time
I told the worker that i have already a license M.cycle without gear
He told that are not used
When i go for test tge officer denied and refuse to take test and told re submite 500 fees
They are not apologize for their mistake
And demand to resubmit the 500 fees

I too gave my original documents to this same man 2 months ago. Still didn't received any reply from this guy. His phone number switched off most of the times else he won't take calls.

Please someone from rto, pune help me get back these documents from this man. (Vithal kadam).

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had applied for learning licence and RTO sangli has issued me learning licence too. the learning licence application process was done on government web site that is sarathi.gov. in, now i want to apply for driving licence, but my learning licence no LL/9612/17 is not accepting in system. the problem is occuring due to data migration from Sarathi Portal to Parivahan portal. might be data has not migrated to parivahan system. i have visited sangli RTO 2-3 time but my problem has not resolved yet. I am facing problem to drive with LL as RTO police is asking that someone has to be with me who is having DL for supervision purpose as per law or provision. i am getting fined. so i want to get my DL ASAP. but due to data migration issue, i am unable to do it. Please do the needful and solve my issue.

On may 3, 2017,
I faced 10+ autos at solapur bus stand who refused me to drop at my location which is at damani nagar. Every driver was not ready to take me off by using meter. Action should be taken against these rude and arrogant auto rickshaw drivers. The regustration no of auto rickshaw which i travelled mh 13 g 4674.
After dropping me he totally insulted me and my mother.

To the rto officer
I a residend of borivali west would like to inform you that the rto representatives are allowing auto drivers going towards gorai, eksar road, and chikuwadi to carry more than 4 passengers in their trip and also without uniform and batch and driving very roughly signal jumping also.
I would request to pls take a note of this and take required action.

I was stopped by traffic police today (2nd may, 2017) and asked for my driving license.

My dl is submitted with nagpur traffic police for another reason (Not wearing helmet) and what i have right now is the challan receipt from nagpur traffic police. So i showed that receipt to the traffic police here in pune today but they just didn't consider that and still went ahead and filed another challan for not carrying the license. I haven't been to nagpur after nagpur traffic police took my license so have been unable to collect my license back in which case, the pune traffic police should have considered the challan receipt that i have from nagpur traffic police.

My echallan number is ptpchm[protected] and the vehicle number is mh31ed2961.

With this complaint, i request the concerned authority to take an appropriate action and let know the next steps.

Hello i'm a citizen of sangli city from maharashtra. And i'm sure this will be the situation among many gov. Office areas around india.
-it's very sad that even after so much policies and new strict rules regarding vehicle acts, the rto offices itself don't have a parking lots. Especially if talking about sangli. The rto office is in madhavanagar gaon near sugar industry, but it is shameful that rto office itself don't have any disciplines.
- than i hate it when the i came to know twice that the workers and offices declared that holiday on tuesday regarding to the silly things like light went out. I mean seriously.. How can you accept the improvement of india if the offices don't have the basic needs like invertor/generators. Even very small things like seats for public, shade to stand, dividers to maintain line. Why everyone behaving like #. Is it because normal person not taking efforts to complain against this. Even if somebody dare to speak against then boy o boy he/she has to left with no work done in a day. Even if that's silly. For how many years now the gov. Offices will stay as they are - lazy, shameless, without rules, no time obeying,. Not a single person came on time in office. Why's that.!? I simply don't get reason.

May be i can explain this as - firstly the uneducated/ poor fellows try to get such gov. Jobs with the initial thinking that he/she doesn't have to work at all. That's the initial stage. Then again taking bribes to give a job to someone who don't deserve it at all. I'm not differentiating on basis of poor or rich. I'm talking about work tendency. And then same rituals go forward that of you want to do even a simple job try to seek for bribe at first. Why this mentality. And for god sake how much more decades the this process gonna remain as rusty as now. The people working their not even using a normal brain, even 1st/2nd grade can think better than them. I mean common.
- also what is this nonsense. To give a test drive the one has to go to almost 5-6km away from rto office. Again their the same rituals. I don't get which office in the world starts at 12pm. It's written their officially. Then again. The work doesn't even start at 12. The offices will come at 12. Then their assistant. And i came to see new techniques to grab bribe.
Creative - print out fake donating coupons of rs.10 and get the money compulsory from public for at least 2 coupons.
I'm sorry to use slang language but this is # now. I mean seriously what the hell. Someone gets license without even reaching to office once. And someone has to do it again and again and again. Just because he/she's afraid of the system.

And the last but not the least most irritating end of process is after 1 month of license approval. I didn't receive it at home at all. So i went to post office to enquire about it. Then i face the new #. According to rule, the postman has to try three time to deliver the post. I didn't get a single attempt. The most # act it the postman will never call you if they fail to meet you. Even it was ohk for me. I but didn't get the single attempt to my house even i was present there all the time. My holidays are here. I'm here all day long. Ohk again the # act continues. I came to know about new money/bribe seeking technology. The postman never tries to get the license posts to you. They will keep it at the office for some days and will return it to rto office again by rule without even trying.. Wow.. India is great. Someone can learn so easily how to avoid work so fluently.
Ohk then i get to rto again to get my license. Now new money grabbing rule, someone has to pay again to get your own license, #nowords and then again it was tuesday. So it's official non declared holiday was there. The pcs were on in front on me but the reason they gave me so easily. That light out can't work.

Now i don't know how to change this at all. No normal person knows. Hope this complaint will get in action. Cause someone can only hope in india.

I, Ratnakar, went to RTA office, Jangoan, fo Vehicle registration, where I found that this office is running by Government but actually as per Agents instructions. There are no rules. It should run like first come, first serve basis and as per time slots given online. But our documents will not process as per rules, will push back by agents and agents brought papers will process first. And to take copy of Chasis number, we need to pay money for the boy and it depends how much he asks. This is really ridiculous and Mr.Modi Sir is working hard to Make India better but these people are not changing.

Requesting higher authorities to look into it.
Request you to make everything online and digitalize. So that these things will change.

Hello.. My name is lalita kumari r/o of tehsil - dharamshala, distt - kangrahp. I gave ground test on 28/2/17 for getting my permanent driving license. I have cleared the test and submitted my file (No.[protected] for further process to rto dharamshala, hp but till date nor does have i received my driving license or any satisfacory reply for the delay. Kindly resolve my issue.

Hi, recently I tried to change address in my DL, first of all there is no option to update address, we have to go for reissuance, when I saw the charges Rs672 for that I got shocked, this is too much.

To change address in aadhar card it's only Rs 25, so why this much for DL, this is not at all relevant, what should I have to do, this is really unaffordable for a common people.

Myself jalaj gupt. I bought a classic bullet bike on 28 th march2017 from kings auto riders baner pune now this is april 2017 ended but i cant get my bike vehicle number has not been done yet. I payed the lifetime tax already and a receipt message comes for registration from kings auto riders on 20th april. But till now they dont provide me my vehicle number. My showroom person told me that they delay that process by rto.. Request you to please help to get my vehicle no as soon as possible because its very emergency. My receipt registration no. Since last 4 days i m going for issuing my learning licence but the officer at rto office saying to me that network is not available there and the height of joking is that they were asking me to use my mobile internet and give them hotspot which they can connect to their computer and stay till 3 pm untill their work will be completed. It means that we pay the rto fees for licence plus recharge our phone to give them internet for doing their work. Because of this type of service people wont get their licence and finally we are responsible for not carrying the licence while driving, is this some kind of joke them please take action as quick as possible.
