Dear Sir,

My licensed Seized in June 2016 due to the traffic rules i violated i.e, Red Light Jump for 3 Months, So according to that i have paid the challan to the officer and he had given me the challan slip whose details are attached, after completion of 3 months i rush to the said police station but i didn't get my DL Back because they don't have mine, when i asked they told me to go to the authority and i was surprised because they are also not holding my DL. I visit 3-4 times in getting my DL back. Every time they had told me to go to circle, another authority etc. but i am tired now because i am not able to track MY Driving License.

Its been more than 10 months and i did not got my DL back.

So i request you to please look into this matter.

    I have been wrongly charged for signal jumping by rto officer while signal was not red and while asking for details it was told very rudely that will take you to court for details and forcefully charged.

    Request you to check and provide the cc tv footage available, if any.
    Kindly take strong actions against such officer, provide the refund if i am not guilty of charges.

      ‪fed up with maharashtra rto service. I had to visit the rto office 4 times just to get the learning license for 4 wheeler. Two times the server was down. The rto employees don't inform you well about the procedure, they are not even punctual. ‬the office started at 11:30am instead of 10:30am! On top of that they tell you its not big deal to visit office 2-3 times!!

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I applied for new driving license for LMV While applying for the same I gave my address as 770/5 Hanumannagar Kolhapur, however I received my license with address as 780/4, Hanumannagar, Kolhapur.
        My application, learning license etc bears correct address i.e. 770/5
        Please arrange to correct this mistake & send me new driving license urgently.

        Pl find attachment of learning & permanent licence enclosed.

          Please Check the RTO Parivahan Online Systems my daughter had applied for LL Online on 9/10/2016 she received an appointment on 13/02/2017 She had an exam on that date she request for another date she has told him to apply online and she had apply on 17/02/2017 on same date she had apply for passport also she had received her passport before the RTO appointment date i.e.13/04/2017 now on appointment date the RTO online System has been changed. They said that she have to apply as per their new systems and to upload the documents she had done the online application in half an hour after that they have taken the test for leaning license without showing any rules and my daughter have failed in it. Then they said to apply her on next day for re-exam on 14/04/2017 friday on govt.hoilday she was gone on 17/04/2017 for re-exam she have told to apply online for this and the date was given her 29/05/2017 please tell what this ? can any body tell, is this true

            My name is daniel mendonca. I am in mira bhayander rto and standing in line for photograph from 10am. The rto photography has not yet come it's already 11 am. There r no of people standing in the hot sun and the photographer is not year. This situation is every week and no one pays attention to it. Why can't the official be on time. The date i am writing this report is 17/04/17.

              HI,
              I had applied for renewal of license and have received the receipt for the same.
              Receipt number is #13A20685172 dated 05/03/2016. Inspite of continues followup I have not received my renewed license.
              Everytime I enquire for the status of the license the agent (Mr.Mahesh Zende) tells me that only signature on the lincese is pending. Its been more than a year now.

              Request your help for the above matter.

                This is to inform that i have been wrongly charged Rs. 200 which i was forced to pay at the RTO counter in Santacruz Chowky.
                I had crossed the signal in orange light and the offence showing is No entry. secondly since my speed was around 45 km / hr it was difficult to brake my bike, so i didnt do any offence. however to save time i had given Rs. 100 to the havaldar, which i was forced to pay in scorching heat. This incident happened at Andheri highway junction.This is rediculous that i had to pay a fine for the offence which i didnt do. I had by mistake jumped a signal at santacruz, where i went to make payment. there i came to know that i had to pay the charge of Andheri.

                  Hello sir, my name is prasad solabannavar. I was residing in pune since 5 years. Recently got shifted to bangalore. I had a bike and a car, for which i needed noc for the same. So, i visited pune rto, where i met vitthal kadam. I submitted required documents and amount of rs. 2500 to him for issuing noc of car and bike. Now, it is 6 months, still i have not received any documents nor he picks up phone. His mobile number is - [protected]. He has also kept my rc book of bike. I saw most of the complaints against his name on this site. Request you to take quick action on him and refund my amount and documents. Thanks, prasad solabannavar

                  This man vitthal kadam, who stays at kalyani nagar, pune, is a total fraud. He can be seen in rto office, and in search of new clients all fool them after taking money. But the main thing is how the rto authority in pune allow such private persons in their premises? What the police authorities are doing?

                  Vitthal kadam aka vitthal dada, a black colour fat man looks decent put a tilak on his forehead, this man is a fraud please when ever you go to pune rto beware beware he is a fraud, i wanted a choice number i visited the rto where i met this man, he speaks very politely but his intentions are wrong he convinced me that if i paid him ₹4500 he would get me my desired number for two wheeler, and i was foolish enough to trust him, i paid him the amount it is almost one and the half month he is not even willing to talk properly, neither he is returning the money. Be very carefull when he approaches you his mobile number is [protected]

                  HI, Unluckily I have not seen this post before and may be get into trap of this Agent. I have shifted to Pune and provided all documents to him with Money for road tax in pune and re-registration to Maharashtra. it been 1.5 months I even did not get the receipt for the road tax and for re-registration. I was in hope until I have seen this post. but now I am afraid that all my money and original paper went away.

                  If this is genuine site for posting the complaints. Please help me to either get the bill/receipts or my car original papers (RC of the car and PUC) and Money.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I made online transaction for booking slot of driving license test. Fist transaction was declined with session expired so I made another transaction which was successful. To my surprise account is debited twice.
                    When I mailed to RTO office there is not reply. Till now I mailed 3 times on [protected]@aptransport.org but no reply, no is contactable on the contact numbers.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had scheduled my appointment for learning license on 21 Feb 2017. I had received appointment for today 10 Apr 2017 between 12pm to 1pm. As I reached the RTO Pune office at 11.30 am I was informed by the people standing outside that the my appointment stands cancelled as the authorities have switched to a new system of booking appointments in which the proofs have to be scanned. There was no notice board outside the office neither was a news published in any of the leading newspapers.

                      This has caused a high level of grievance to me, since I had to break from office work and go to take the license test.
                      I think any change in the government way of working should be communicated in advance, so that public is saved on a lot of trouble. Going digital is accepted and people are ready to embrace the change, however, prior notice should be given of the same, for the people who have already booked appointments.

                      This is sheer negligence of the government employees in the RTO office and unacceptable.

                      I hope to see a strict action taken against this mis-management of change over.

                        Myself Biswarup Dey.I bought a Tvs victor bike on february 2017 from shree tvs(a unit of subir udyog), park street, kolkata 700071.now this is april 2017 but i cant get my bike as my vehicle number has not been done yet still now.i pay the lifetime tax already and a receipt comes from ALIPORE RTO, KOLKATA on march.but till now they dont provide me my vehicle number.my showroom told me that they delay that process..i am ill and i cant walk properly.pls sir/madam help me please...The chassis no of my bike is MD625MF18G1K13454...MY e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact number is [protected].

                        Hi i lost my license in train and when i go to gandhidham RTO office the officer is asking me to give 800 rupees but i check fees of duplicate licence is 200 so told him he said u go whenever it do in 200 i will not do less then this so plz help me out with this currupt offices

                          Registration certificate of my vehicle was sent by RTO on[protected] with tracking Number EA[protected]IN Till date haven’t received the registration certificate. when enquired about it at Airoli post office. The Authorities are not helpful and are asking to contact RTO office or lodge a police complaint.above Tracking Number trace by Post Office and Said parcel already dispatch at Chinchpada area on 16/12/2016.my present Address is 703, Shiv Prasad co.op. Society, plot no 52/1, 52/2, Sector-20, Airoli-400706.

                          Please help to me above matter.

                            Sir, My name is Saurashis Kumar Rakshit, My new two wheeler number WBAK9534.I have submitted the all require documents to my dealer Shaw Tvs of Narayantala.They told me due to some reason I'll recieve my smart card after 3 months.As per traffic control I cant ride bike exvept that card.As I work in courier I need RC smart card urgently.Otherwise without reason i need to pay the fines on road.They are not ready to see tax token or what I have.I have confirmed from, them, allready through call.So I am requesting you kindly provide me my RC smart card as soon as possible.

                            I was at pcmc rto for my driving test for two wheeler. The rto inspector who shoulb has to come at10 in morning came at 11 and even after that started talking on phone for half an hour and only after that started taking test. I enquired other ataff and that was his daily routine.

                              Sir i am from west bengal residing in durgapur.I purcahsed a bike and went to RTO office for documents needed for name transfer.He said he require only voter crad but sir i have PAN card, Adhar card, Driving License of current address but then also he refused to do.Sir how it can be that RTO can ask for an individual document.PLease help!!Thank you.

                                This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for Learners license online on the Parivahan website, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount of Rs.200, on the 4th of April by 10:30am.

                                The amount is debited from my account and i have got a receipt number ( ES/2044) as well for the same. The status of the application is completed in all the fields.

                                But the payment is still in pending status,...

                                Hello Im a resident of mumbai. I recently applied for driving license through the online sarathi portal.. It all started in month of september 2016. i applied for the learning licence at RTO wadala MH03 and after follwing all the procedures if finally gave my driving test on november 20th 2016. i was informed that i will be getting the permenant driving license within a time span of 30 days at my home address. Its been 4 months now, i didnt got it yet. I approached the post office to check if they have any info. even i checked with RTO wadala but poor response from them as they said it would be sent out shortly without giving any proper information. The online portal was initiated for transperancy. The worst part is there no way to track down the driving license online neither there is any contact numbers where in we can call and get any sort of info. And visiting RTO office is of no use as they really are unwilling to give any info. whats the use of taking a step of making the issuance procedure of DL online. Rather than this the earlier way of appointing an agent worked well. atleast they took responsibility to make sure we get our DL on time. Is this all because the extra bribe that RTO officers use to get has stopped now. thats why they jst lazing around and not doing there job sincerely. this issue is not one of a case. there are thousands of people who are facing the same issues you can see lots of complaints addressing the same issue. hopefully i atleast get some sort of response.

                                  Hello Grievance I have taken new Bajaj Avenger 150 street bike on 14th Feb 2017 from KANASE AUTOLINES Satara Post receiving bike and taking huge follow up showroom ask me to come for passing in March’17. Finally they have pass my bike on 24th March’17 but they still not provided me any documents regarding my passing also still I have not received bike number. Dally I taking follow up with Showroom but they don’t have courtesy to pick my call. They are provide pathetic service. I humbly request you to take strict action against that showroom.

                                    I was traveling today in a rickshaw as usual, however today I encountered one of the worst rickshaw drivers ever. He even used abusive words against my mother to insult and humiliate her. He created a show for no reason. All I did was get down on the way to buy a cake which literally took me less than 2 or 3 minutes. And he was rude since we got in. Insulting and abusing me is one thing, but my mother is another thing. His Rickshaw number is "MH 02 RA 0411" and his name is Sandeep. He is dark guy with semi bald hairline, round specs and pissed off look on his face. Rest of the info is available on the pic I took of his registration plate.

                                      When i filed my New Learning license form it asked me for aadhar card!
                                      aadhar card it imminent now for all institutions
                                      I have no other residence proof than aadhar card!
                                      Have even paid fees to get my aadhar card
                                      Then why surat(pal) rto is not accepting my aadhar card as valid proof ?
                                      How to get my address proof done now ?
                                      What is the purpose of asking aadhar card or standing in line to get aadhar card when the government officials are saying its not a valid proof!
