on 05august2022 i booked a slot for Driving licence test in Rto Vasai-virar MH48. i go for driving test with all required documents but rto officer said me if you apply self for licences you need to attach vehicle rc, insurance, puc copy along with application after this all documents then came for test. then one rto agent came to me and said give me 4000 i will pass you in LMV and MCWG test even if you fail in test. i asked him how ? he said we give money to rto officer and they pass you in test. and other candidate come from rto agents driving school they dont attach puc, rc, insurance with their application but rto pass them in test even they fail in test. why this type of fraud rto officers do? please do immediate inquiry against them.

I was walking down the footpath road because of the mud and waterlogged issue, and all of a sudden the above car honked up and went off, it was so close that it could have nearly hit me. I shouted and then the driver stopped ahead and got down and started getting close to me and tried snatching my office ID card as i took a picture of his number plate. Please look into this as such behaviour can lead to any serious accident in future.

My LL is expired so i renewal my LL of MCWG but not LMV . On the day of my Driving test i passes my Driving test when i go to RLA for my DL OF MCWG they said it is not valid because i renewal only MCWG not LMV . THEY said u have to give fee for LMV as well as u have given the driving test one more time. Sir i request u to please provide my DL of MCWG

My DL had been approved in 2021 May but I am yet to receive my smart card as of 2022, August 5th.

Today I have submitted all my documents, original driving license, Xerox of aadhar card, voter card, Pan card, Two copies of photo and form fillup at Chinsurah RTO office at 10 number counter probably Mr. Hari to renew my two wheeler driving license . But I admitted to a very bad experience. There were many agents outside the counter who were demanding a lot of money such as Rs. 2500, rs.1890 like this.I will not give that, when Mr. Hari (name may be wrong)Who sitted at the inside of counter number 10 of RTO OFFICE, I asked that my card will expire on 27th August, then how long will it take for the next process. He replied that I should come after 1 month for enquiry and continue it every 1 month until it will not complete. He also said It may take 1 month or 2 years. I do a government service, so can I come and check every month! And if my license expires, I will not be able to drive.

On road from Fujitsu Company on Talawade Chakan road to Triveni Chowk heavy vehicles are banned for specified time. Still there are so many heavy vehicles on road during this time. Why there is no stoppage of said vehicles? It creates a heavy traffic.

After one month my Learning Licence is not in my hand. I submit LL fees on 4 july 2022. now date is 4 august 2022. Sir please help me to provide my LL. My application is showing document varification RTO level from 30 days. Till continue showing

I bought a new splendor bike in Des. 2021 and I have gave Aadhar card, and pan card as Id proof and address etc. But however i got a RC with wrong pin Code. In next correction fees is 300/-. Now how can I bear this panishment which is made by department. So please help me this matter as possible.

Applied for renewal of license on 18th of July, 2022. Document verification done on the same day and approval was given by MVI. Told to come after 10 days to get the renewed license. Did the same and found the license is at the same level of approval that it was 10 days back. Was told it will be done. Again went after days and found the same results. Today is the 15th day and yet not the license is processed further. MVI told that ARTO is not processing it further. Kindly help to get the license as soon as possible. Thank you

I had applied for the change of ownership by an agent in 2020 but I didn't get the new papers till today. It's really troubling because It's been 2 years now.

Respected Sir, we are using commercial transport vehicle and doing fitness and Insurance every year and getting only for one year fitness but ours colics having commercial vehicles no OD315370 insurance expired on March 2020 and getting fitness up to Jan 2023

Please explain the same vehicle which rapidly running in ours city may harmful for others

I have passed the online LL test on 22/7/2022 and since then the status is showing that it is under approval by the authority. Is there anything I need to do to get my LL. The online portal is not sending an OTP for filing grievance.

It is very disheartening to see how the government is wasting citizens tax by paying the govt employees even when the RTO office sheikhpura is almost non-operational for more than month now.
As per the staffs the D.T.O who has been appointment had not yet taken the charge, thus the RTO staffs are unable to process even a LL test slot booking and are catching flys at BR52-RTO. Moreover, their reverts are lyk:" SARKARI KAAM HAI, KYA PTA KITNA AUR MAHINA LAG JAE". LIKE SERIOUSLY???
Do Indian/Bihar govt even know the value of time??? I do have a video clip of the pathetic BR52-RTO with their scummy response and i ll make sure to upload this video on twitter and other social platform. Will aslo share the clip in media so tht the bihar nd indian citizens will get aware how their taxes are being thrown away.
