Hi I bought a benelli bike and I have applied for the online registration neatly 30 days back in kharagpur RTO West Bengal. Everyday the officer says tomorrow but nothing happens. The broker says the paperwork is on the officer table but he’s not signing my paperwork. Please help

We facing problems due to wrong way vehicle entering in temporary divider made by rto to control traffic at gagan vihar turning near gangadham. I was saved from dangerous accident today morning at 7:30 am . Please see to this matter as soon as possible.

Facing issue as DL showing deisatched via postal services but no tracking number and has been dispatched more than 20 days ago.

License got dispatched on[protected] and today's date is[protected]. Its almost 15 days i have not got my permanent license. Neither on the website my speed post tracker number is displayed. I don't think speed post takes 15 days for delivery. I had tried calling my nearest rto many times but to no avail. Proof in form of photograph is uploaded below

I had a valid PUC certificate (valid from 14.02.2022 to 13.02.2023) but received below message on my mobile.

"Vehicle No.WB26S 5505 was found violating the emission norms as per Rule 115/116 of CMVR, 1989 at NICCO PARK - (NICC on 04-Mar-2022 at about 9:29AM, the said vehicle is to be produced before concerned Registering Authority within (7) seven working days after necessary rectification to avoid penal action. Assistant Director (Technical) Transport Directorate"

After getting the message I visited the PUC center to get my vehicle emission level rechecked. The center found it within permissible limit and issued a fresh certificate valid from 09.03.2022 to 08.03.2023

The message from RTO mention that I need to visit after necessary rectification. But in my case there is no fault observed by PUC center and have pre and post valid PUC certificate. In this case no rectification persay is required, since the vehicle has been found fit interms of emission level before and after receiving this message.

I am a law abiding citizen fully conforming to the rules/Law of the land. And have always maintained that my vehicle is within permissible emission norms as certified by PUC center.

In such a situation please advice what should I as an innocent citizen do to get the status corrected on mParivahan.

I sold my Ford Endeavour MH02BD7870 to Mr Kuldeep Murhe and provided NOC from Borivili RTO. However even after 3 years of sale the new owner has failed to transfer it in his name.
Repeated complaints have gone unanswered and unresolved.
Requesting once again for a favourable solution.

My face was not matching because of the photo was being taken from aadhar card and the photo of the card is of my childhood. But after that i uploaded a new photo by clicking on it. But till now my application is under processing so please resolve it forged soon.
And i had applied for lock down even before this, same phone no. Learning from and given be a physical test as also done but due to lock down issue could not given driving test then you s=check all and please approve soon.

we had booked for door step services for renewal of dl no. Dl[protected] of my husband mr kanwal nain singh. All the documents dl, aadhar, pan were collected from our house in janakpuri. All the documents have our janakpuri address where we are staying from last 19 years. To our shock we got call phone call after few days that dl had reached our old address which was 19 years back. Since we stay in janakpuri it was sent back it is really shocking when all the documents hav our present address how cum dl is made on old address. Now when i calling the executive who came to our house doesn't respond and 1076 people are saying we hav to visit rto to get it clarified. Wat is the point of door step services if we are made to run around inspite of no fault o[censored]s.
Kindly help ang get the correct dl delivered at our janakpuri address. Kindly help going through total harassment.
It is a month now we dont know where is the driving licence
which is wrongly made we went to rto rajouri garden it is all chaos there, no body gives any information.
Running from pillar to post, making so many calls
old dl with janakpuri address was attached with two complaints to delhi govt earlier. No response till now

Sir, i applied rc for my bike on jagtial(Telangan state) rto office (24/12/2018). But i didn't recieve my rc. I asked rto office but they didn't gave response to me. Please solve my issue application no:TS021/27162/2018/R.
registration no:TS21D6411. Present status:application is approve on 24/12/2018. Card printed:yes. Card printed date:25/04/2019. Card not dispatched.card disptached date also showing : unavailable. Please send my bike rc on courier. Jagtial rto office not responding. Please find attachment for your reference

I have been parking my motorcycle outside my shop since long time. I park my vehicle where it does not disturb any pedestrian. It does not block any way or it does not disturb the surrounding. I got the fine of 500 rs without any information or enquiry. There were 3 more bikes near my vehicle and they did not received any type of fine. 2 bikes were standing on the road on no parking area. yet my bike got the fine. I feel really upset about the injustice done to me today. I would like to raise my voice for the same as we do not have any place to park our bike. At the same time we make sure no pedestrian gets trouble with our bike parking.

Sir/Mam,
I applied for termination of hypothecation on 4th Feb, 2022 by paying requisite fee of Rs. 435. But somehow status of application is still PENDING AT HPT-VERIFICATION AT LUDHIANA RTA (PB-10). The process has not even started after long time of more than a month.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me get new RC without hypothecation....

I have made payments for my Driving License Application before booking a slot for the DL Test today morning. After the payment is completed, the portal let me download the eChallan slip also which is showing the payment status as completed. But after that, when I am redirected to sarathi website, the payment status there is pending and the following is coming :

Either Payment details not received from the bank or payment is not successful.

Was parked in Tuljapur temple parking in wrong way such that other car owners faced a problem while picking their car out of parking
Please my humble request is that take a serious action on this car owner and at least charge him 5000 rs fine so that he will not repeated such mistakes again.

I am from Assam Nagaon, Kampur Town, I have been the problem of noise pollution in my locality . Many bukers in my locality uses loud modified exaust, which is very disturbing and mostly problematic for the old age people . Bikers using loud exaust are creating a great problem, Hope concerned authorities will do something. Thank you.

my name is sagar israni my driving licence test was on 22nd feb 2022 it was cleared. but still when i check status of my application it shows approval of dl pending printing of dl on smart card pending.. my application number is [protected] sending you some screenshorts for help.

I am Sanni Kumar. have applied for 2 wheeler (MCWG) driving license. My application no. is 7074822 at SDM ludhiana East RTO office,
I have passed for MCWG driving test on dated 4th Feb 2022.
But till date its showing status pending for
1) Approval of DL
2) Printing of DL in form 7 &
3) Dispatch of the DL & PSV badge pending.

So I request you to kindly speed-up the process for my application no. 7074822 and approve the same at earliest.

Learning licence test password not come what problem 6 day ago I sumit documents please send me password

I was in the car and my husband was buying a water bottle for me. Car's ignition was On. One traffic policeman came and clicked photo from behind. I saw him in rear view mirror amd went to talk to him. He agreed to my argument and told to delete the photo but then today, I have been sent the following notice:
महोदय
आपके वाहन नम्बर Rj14wc9509 के चालक ने दिनांक 15.01.2022 को समय 11:45 स्थान vashali Nagar jaipur एक्ट की धारा 122/177 (Wrong Parking) व अन्य का उल्लंघन किया है सुचना मिलने के समय 10:00 am से 4:00 pm तक आप यादगार कमरा नं0 41 में सम्पर्क करें अन्यथा आपके नोटिस को अन्तिम रूप दे दिया जायेगा एवम् वाहन स्वामी/ चालक द्वारा 30 दिवस मे नोटिस के निस्तारण नहीं करवाये जाने पर M.V. Act की धारा 179 की परिधि में माने जाते हुए जुर्माना की राशि के साथ 500/- रूपये अतिरिक्त राशि जlमा की जायेगी।
