RTO India — Complaint Regarding Delay in DL printing and dispatch pending from past 5 months

I, Kalpesh Sarode, passed my driving license test at RTO Malegaon (MH41) on[protected], but even after several months, the status is still stuck at:

Printing of DL in Form 7 – Pending

Dispatch of DL – Pending

I have followed up multiple times, but the office keeps giving vague and unacceptable reasons. This delay is causing serious inconvenience. I request immediate action and resolution.
