RTO India — DL Renewal application is not getting processed from last 27 days -Electronic city RTO Bangalore

I have submitted my DL renewal application [protected] in sarathi.parivahan on 1st of July. it is been pending since 27days now. I have raised grievance after 21 days, they mentioned 'under process'. but still it is not getting processed. requesting to Inform the Electronic city RTO Bangalore to process the application.
