[Resolved] RTO India — Not receiving Physical RC Yet.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in the dispatch of my vehicle's physical Registration Certificate Card.
My vehicle (Activa) was previously registered in Uttar Pradesh (Kanpur UP78 HU 7640) and I applied for a new registration in Punjab at RTO Jalandhar (PB90). All documentation and formalities were completed on 12th February 2024.
While the new registration number [PB902160] has been allotted and the digital RC is available online, the physical smart card has not been dispatched yet. When I track the status on the Parivahan portal, it consistently shows "RC Dispatch Pending".

It has been more than 4 months since the application, and I am facing difficulties as I need the physical card for official verification and peace of mind while traveling.

I have visited the RTO office 3–4 times regarding my case. Every time, I have been informed that all the required work has already been completed from their side, but I do not understand why the matter is still being delayed.

Since I am currently working in Kanpur, it is not possible for me to visit the RTO office every week. Therefore, I kindly request you to look into my issue and help resolve my case at the earliest.

I would be grateful for your support and assistance.
