Rto India — Driving licence not received by me

The above license has been dispatched through postal service dated[protected]
Speed Post tracker no. EG[protected]IN

I have not received driving licence even after completion of 5 months. I have enquired in India Post where they are not giving proper answer and not able to give proper whereabouts of my documents.
Neither it is available in RTO Bhuj.

I request you to initiate complaint for the above case and acknowledge the same.
