Rto India — I am not get driving license

I have applied for driving license. I got driving license number in online my driving license is ready but i am not get printed driving license by post. It's been more than 15 days it is to late. Rto officials are not properly responding after regular follow up with them they said today there is connectivity issue. I am faces a lot of problems. I have submitted postal stapms with cover with resident address
