RTO India — issuing of driving licence delay and discrepancy

I am having my driving license no tn01 [protected]which has been expired on 05.04.2019.in the name of hari pradap k

When i went renew my above licence i was told that in the system the name is not matching and so the licence cannot be renewed immediately.

The licence issuing authorities are rto south east, tamil nadu.

I request you to kindly help me urgently as i am not able to drive my vehicles and i am als a senior citizen.

Today I got an appointment for Driving licence test with RTO Jalgaon between 10 to 12 am and number of applicants are also waiting on the place since last 3 hrs and no ome is present at place from department to conduct process or even convey their massage regarding timings.
This is total irresponsible behaviour of RTO and DY RTO jalgaon

I am shishir vats.i came here from Mundra to take my rc book which was not delivered by post office deptt.because address was not typed properly by rto deptt person .and in this office the responsible person is not present on duty till 12:30 .this is the situation of rto offices.full salary with no responsibility

Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) pending
file record pending

Its been more than a month and still it is not approved. All the test has been cleared and updated on website.

Please help me out with this.
