Owner ship of vehicle no "RJ19U1045" transferred through application no application no RJ[protected] on 28 May2020 but still RC not received and in tracking showing SMART CARD Pending 28-May-2020 13:28:59 by user C P GUPTA.

Kindly check attached screen short and process for printing of RC.

6 months passed out from approval but still rc print and dispatched pending. also no any persion pickup call and if by mistake pickup then not provide any responce.

please suggest what to do. in Covid19 condition RTO visit is bed option. Police daily basis make problem also not able to sold vehicle due to error "Smart card RC pending for activation"

Please help
