Rto India — refunds of excess online payment reg.

I have made on line net banking payment to Rs.256/-Vide RT Number RTO [protected] on.dtd.05.12.2018.& I have also made full payment for licence renewal is.Rs.616/- on DTD.25.01.2019.which is under process for renewal. So I may request you to refund the excess payment of Rs.256/-either by issuing check in favour of Ramchandra Vishwanath GORHE . For any queries please contact me on my cell no.is [protected].

My RC not delivered from last 4 months kindly look into the matter. I have too many time follow ups with speed post and mailing from last 4 month continuously...
