[Resolved] RTO India — Rush driving with consumed alcohol

Dear Police Team,
I am staying at chikuwadi, behind malwani church, marve Road, malad(W) -400095
today (28.1.17) at 6.45 am, in the morning, i was in my activa scooter with my wife, to drop her in the school( as she is school teacher at elia Sarwat high school )
when I was crosing the naka at st. Anthony School ( near jari mari mandir), one Bike ( registration no. 5180) was coming from the front at 70 /80 kph.& crushed us directly.
they were taken alcohol, myself & my wife has fallen down, myself & my wife( her right leg was burnt off for the hot silencer of the bike ) got injury ( I am 63 yrs. old)
my scooter has damaged, spent 1200.00 for repairing.
i asked them, not to speed at the nake & do not drink, they have ignore me & ran away towards marve
there was no speed breaker & ccctv installed.
we want justice, so that they should respect seniors.

A) 1) my Activa scooter damaged, repaired, spent Rs. 1950.00 2) my wife;s right leg burnt due to hot silencer of the bike, shown doctor, taken medicine of Rs. 79.20 & doctor charges Rs. 300.00 total = Rs. 2329.20 B) my e-mail address [email protected] C) my mob. no.9167448240 D) my scooter has fallen on my left wrist, which still I am having pain, difficult to move the palm thanx & rgds, Utpal Ranjan Bhattacharya .

RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by utpalb first spent Rs. 1200.00 for repaired, then next day there was some problem, so machinist changed some parts ( due to accident) cost of Rs. 750.00,
Total 1950.00

it is already 10 days passed
