[Resolved]  Rto Mumbai Andheri West — RC Book NOT YET received

I had purchased a Mahindra XUV500 from G3 Motors Ltd., taken the delivery on 28th September 2014. Car registration number was given to me by the dealer on 1st October 2014 (registered with Andheri west, Mumbai-RTO) Till now 70 days have gone by, but I STILL HAVEN'T received the RC book. Dealer says that due to high number of registrations and more due to RC Vendor contract ending abruptly, hence, the delay. This is too long for a RC book to be received. And its an internal matter of RTO. Dealer should look into the same with highest priority. I am travelling outside Mumbai next week, but DO NOT have RC book. Please help. regards
