Ruby Hospital — medical social work department has not forwarded documents.

My father mr. Uddhav dnyanoba mone had been admitted in ruby hall clinic for one month from 25 april. He had undergone 2 major surgeries. And final bill was around 14 lacs. So we requested medical social work department (Msw) to help by providing any fund, as i belong to middle class family and cannot bear expenses of such big amount. So they suggested us to apply for tata funding for which we have managed to provide all documents. As we got letter from tata funding to provide missing documents, we submitted all the documents to msw department (Ms. Surekha joshi and ms. Lochna) within time period. But after taking followup from tata funding, we were acknowledge that documents were not forwarded from msw department. I have voice clip in which its clear that incomplete documentation was done.
