Rummy Culture — auto deleted my account.

Www.rummyculture.com is deleted my account. I had used this account over a year( last day was[protected].
On that day I had opend the app, they asking user name and password i had given i am wounderd i got a mail from the company (welcome message )and i lost my account money (Rs.16700).

I have informed to customer support with my statement and funny message from support. They says " Greetings from RummyCulture!

Please be informed that, You information on login & password would be your responsibility to safeguard. If the same have been shared with anyone it would not be RummyCulture responsibility on the information shared.

Also we recommend you to change your Password from https://www.rummyculture.com/forgot-password/

You can also log-out your account which is logged-in the different devices by the following steps.

1.Visit Profile Option (From your lobby page)
2. Select "Security"
On the right side bottom, there would be an option called as "More"
3. Select "More" option.
4. Click on the option called a " Logout from all devices".

Note: RummyCulture uses Amazon servers (S3) to store all user's data with additional Security features like Strong Encryption, Permission checks.
