Rummyculture — software issue/mobile application issues

Am using the very latest version of the mobile app. I just came out from the table before the game start, amount not credited back to my account and even i checked under my games, i didn't seen any active games that time and in later two minutes i called to customer care and reported the problem. Even your customer care representative unable to see any of my active games, that is why he asked me to drop email with the problem i faced, i sent. If you dis trust or disagree on this with me, you can check your call history and even you guys recorded the call for the better assistance, you can go through it, so that you will get the clarification in it. You mentioned in the previous email very clearly that i was dropped all the games, if i really joined the game or if i see any active game under my games then at least one game i may play but as you said all games are dropped. It's clearly fair enough to say there is something wrong in the software or mobile app, which you guys placed in app store.

Kindly look at the below details one more time and make the statement whatever it make sense.
1. When did i join the game
2. When did i call to customer care and reported
3. When did i sent the email for the same

4. If i really joined the game then why your customer care representative unable to find any active game?
5. If he finds it then he would not as me to drop email rather he should inform me to continue the game.

6. If it really bot going to solve i will file consumer complaint in consumer court. I just need confirmation on can i file the case or not.
