In the month of Oct 2019 I booked 2 BHK flat T2-0501 in Runwal Garden Dombivali East with the token amount of Rs 57771/-. Due to loan sanction problem I have to cancelled the flat booking and informed via mail in the month of Nov 2019. After several reminders from your executives for payment everytime told them about cancellation of flat and refund of token amount via phone and mails.
In the month of Sept20 Aadhar, Pan and Bank statement as payment proof sent to Mr Amit Samgiskar and Ms Usha Ghadge as per their telephonic conversation to their email ID.
I am trying to contact them by email and Mobile but nobody is responding.
Finally I forced to lodge complaint to consumer complaints site.

    We have book the property in runwal garden-dombivali east in month of dec19, but due to some personal issues we have to cancel the same. And i inform the runwal team about the same very next day of booking. Since then i was in follow up with many people from runwal team but no one was responding properly.
    Since jan-20, i am continuously following with ms deepa vengulekar, she always gave me new new reasons till 8th sept 2020.
    When i loose my patience and told her if she wont refund my amount, i will seek consumer court option on 8th sept 2020. From then she has stopped replying to my emails.

      I stay in runwal mycity, dombivli phase 1. On 21 sept 2020 morning 4 am me and my fiancé went out for emergency and came back in half hour. The security at gate started abusing me n my fiancé saying you’re not allowed to go out n come back n wasn’t opening the gate. Then also had physical fight with my fiancé. The higher authority here didnt help us. My fiancé has bruises and marks of rod hits by the rod. Some action needs to be taken. That guard should be terminated instead the manager here shifted guard to some other place and he is mentioning our faults about we keeping waste alcohol bottles outside the house for dump. Security camera can be checked and see what exactly happened how pathetic behaviour it was. It’s not the first instance. There are many people who experienced pathetic behaviour from guards.

        A full payment was done on 31july 2020 to runwal groups for my house located at runwal eirene thane. On checking the house the house was in pathetic condition. There was a leakfe issue in a brand new house. For which i have nearly paid 95lakhs. The taps were rusty, doors were broken. They asked for 15 days to rectify the same.. On august 14 they extended the date till august 24 and on august 24 they asked for more 15 days... Now on 10 September they are not providing any updates and giving the keys.. The email is sent to runwal group on regular basis but they do not reply back at all.

            It has been 3 weeks since i have been chasing with runwal representatives to provide me with the internal pictures of my flat booked in runwal my city (Phase 2), flat no.1802, tower-10 in dombivali for which the possession is awaited next year end.

            It is our right to ask for the internal pictures to know the development of our property since we are fulfilling their slab-wise demands raised by investing our hard earned money. We are not allowed to visit the infrastructure (Reason cited is safety issues and as per rera policy). However, i don't seen any such policy that restricts the owner to visit his flat. Would really appreciate your intervention in this regard.

                  I am anuja suryavanshi. I have a booked the flat no. T 11-1908 in runwal forest project at kanjurmarg on 16th feb., 2020. I have paid rs.50, 000/- in cash towards token amount.

                  As there are so many hurdles in getting the staff loan sanctioned from my bank, canceled my booking. Now its almost 6 months are over. Now they are not refunding the amt.

                  Now the staff who is handling are not cooperating as well.

                    The claims of token refund in case of a cancellation is all a scam when it comes to runwal gardens, dombivili. Beware! Because of current unforeseen financial difficulties, i mr nagraj rao had to backout from my 1bhk investment in runwal gardens, dombivili. I had paid up a token amount of rs 30, 000/- long back in february 2020. No written communication has been given to me what so ever of the payment made. Now, they have orally communicated...

                    As per my agreement the possession date mentioned was aug’19 and with grace period of 6 months it was feb’20.

                    I have not got the position of my flat no. T3-2107.

                    Runwal never applied for oc till march’20 mid. Now lockdown has been imposed from march’20. But why you failed at first due date itself and also crossed grace period and has no courtesy to give interest on the paid up money as agreed by you in the agreement.

                    And as i am following up with your team, they are making me fool saying shortly we will be giving the possession. I am bearing interest on the amount paid and also the rent for the flat i am staying.

                    Is there any sensible and responsible member in runwal team who can give clarification on above.

                      I have given refundable token to runwal garden dombivali project as they had agreed and running new schemes of booking in lockdown with refundable schemes.

                      After checking and getting information about the project i was not interested to invest my hard earned money in it.

                      I have highlighted this and asked for my refund as soon as they got to know about this they are not even answering my calls nor responding to my mails.

                      Such a bad impressiom and work culture before the scenario where work has not even been started how one can have trust on this brand.

                      This is 3rd month my amount is with them i want my refund with compensation or atlest my refund at earliest.

                          The sales person in runwal took the booking amount even before the rera number had arrived, the payment was done on 19 jan 2020 and the rera number came on 23 january 2020. I booked the flat for second phase and it seems like they have taken the amount for phase one to smartly get away with any legal charges if they were to find in fault. I was originally intended to buy the flat however, even during the lockdown, i was being constantly being chased by the company personel for the amount, althought i was not been provided by the receipts which were made in jan and march untill end of april 2020, i was being asked to make the payment.in one of the call, the company personal even said how does it matters if you dont have the receipts, you have the schedule so you should make the payments, i have a recoded call so can produce the evidence. My financial situation has changed now, so i won't be able to make further payments so i have requested them to refund the value but they say we will not and teh entire 110000rs will be forefitted. The booking amount was only 36800, but they say the builder has the right to forefit upto 10% of the total value. Please help me in getting my money back.

                            I had made a booking in nov 2019 nd cancelled due to misleading and false sale by runwal executive sagar and tanveer. I had to cancel the booking. The cancellation is complete and the refund is proceeded by deepa and swapnil kale. However it has been 6 months now and there is no information on refund amount of rs. 135000 + gst. They donot answer to calls or emails. I need my refund asap. This is not the right approach and i term this as a fraud.

                                Still not recieved any refund.

                                In last month (10-feb-2020), we had meeting at runwal mycity site at dombivli. Mr. Aniket-assistant manager promised me that we will get half refund till month end and remaining amount will get clear in next month that's in march-2020.

                                Now last week i called him and had telephonic conversation so he told we don't have any feedback from head office.

                                We are not getting how come you people only extending month on month since august-2019.

                                This is really harassment from runwal group. I told number of times that this money of my father retirement now they need it for medical emergencies still there is no courtesy from runwal group.

                                Again and again i am requesting to please refund our amount, there is top urgent requirement for my parents medical expenses.

                                Third time i am complaining on this consumer complaint platform, may we get our rights atleast this time.

                                It's over 10 months now, no one replying in responsible way. Only telling we are not getting any feedback from head office.

                                Runwal group promised me on mail in august-2019 that within 90 day's we will refund your money, still we didn't recieved any amount.

                                  I had booked 2 bhk ultima in tower 5 - 904 unit of cluster 5 in runwal my city project on 16th feb 2020, and i canceled my booking through whatsapp message on 19th feb 2020 and vide email on dated 21st feb 2020 (Snap shot of mail attached), at the time of booking runwal my city sale executive mr. Mayur bhanushali didn’t told us that booking amount is non-refundable. Due to financial issues we decided not to go ahead. Please refund my booking amount 25000/- which i swiped from my debit card, and still i have not received any booking confirmation from runwal group, i called twice to customer care but no answer from them, hence i request you to refund my money, this is our hard-earned money, i trusted on brand and booked this flat. Please help me to refund my money.
