I have been following up with Ruparel team for the past 6 months since which we have not been paid our overdue pre-emi reimbursement. The total amount is close to 3 lakhs now which is a significant amount for a common man.
I had booked the flat in Pride under sub-vention scheme but Ruparel team have conveniently not included the sub-vention scheme in the contract and hence are using the same fact to delay our hard-earned money by half a year.
I have tried calling, emailing, text messaging them but with no response, also tried to go their Matunga office but was not allowed to meet any one from the team.
I sincerely request the Consumer Complaints authority to look into this and help, since like me there are many consumers who have written about this and also lodged complaints with MahaRera but the Ruparel team does not seem to comply. Was this information helpful? |
