i have also purchased apartment in optima and told that IOD will come within 15days, now it almost 2-3 months we have no idea what is the progress on the work, also when i have called they said they are awaiting IOD.

You are absolutely right. So far the information I received about Ruparel Reality ia quite negative. Even OPTIMA project is likely to get delayed a lot since its a SRA project. All their projects of last 3 years are delayed. I personally visited their office at Matunga twice and tried to meet Ms Gitanjali Sharma with prior appointment but she did not even meet me which has added more suspiscion about genuity of this builder and his credentials. I have not been given the receipt of the advance payment of Rs.51, 000 made. I fully agree with you that we should collectively pressurize the builder. If required we should move to consumer court. We also have an option to make complaint against this builder to RERA after July end. I will give you a call to plan further collective action against this builder.
Hi, i booked in April and now they have communcated about rera registration been done and registration process will be done before nov 20.

I have also booked in Kandivali West park code name ok in 2016 but still no information from Ruparel builder.i visited matunga office many times but everybody passing ball n feels like nobody care about our money. Plz if anybody can help me to get back my booking money.
