Same issues faced here, provided token amount in January 2020 and had sent cancellation mail immediately.Was promised token money would be refunded in 45 days, but till date no response.Sales person is not receiving calls and their offices are temporarily shut down.Please help in suggesting next actions.

Same with us. They don't have any proper management or contact number. They're just sitting on our hard earned money and don't have any shame doing it. We need our money back
Sir, We are having the same problem with the staff at Ruparel optima. They are extreme rude and have no concern whatsoever. They have threatened my father who is a senior citizen with cardio issues with emails saying they have terminated our flat with no proper information. How can we sort the problem?
Mr.Lad, did you get the refund yet? They are saying project will kick off from Dec 2018.

After following up from 1 year they are issuing pdc cheque where builder don’t have any kind of funds.

I booked flat in Ruparrl Optima in April 2019 at all inclusive price of 75 lacs and now they have reduced the price and done all inclusive at 67lacs. We are overpaying 8 lacs. We contacted and met the site and also at matunga office, but the CRM team Mr. Jitendra, Mr. Reddy, Ms. Rinkal Gada are all dolls babbling what is pumped in their head by the management. Why are they not giving benefit of current price to existing customers. They are not answering our phone calls, not reverting back. Kindly if anyone facing this issue. Pls mail me on bendre.[protected]@gmail.com. Let's all unite and right against them. They are literally doing dadagiri. No ethics, no justification of anything. They just blankly reply to our queries with nonsense things.

While taking my cheques they used to send their person home and took my money 7 lakhs in a minute but to return I am begging day and night cuz my father is hospitalized and I need it urgently. Why people can’t be professional.All the staff Sagar sangoi n others Dnt bother to even reply email .How cheap some 1 can be taking others money .no shame! This is how they work after showing fake promises. Such people how can they even sleep taking others money and using it for months and not ready to return .Karma will see .

Please don't invest in their property. You'll have nobody to answer your queries. They'll just take your money and then disappear. No proper contact information will be provided. The mentioned contacts will never pick up the calls nor will they ever respond to the mails
Even i am facing the same issue. Just to see the flat they asked me to pay rs 49000 as there were many people to see the flat with refund guarantee. Its been 7 months xanadu who is handling their marketing and sagar sangoi from ruparel reality they both are just dragging the things rather solving it. many people have stuck their hard earned money with them. Is there a way to solve this.
