Ruparel Realty — Timelines should be followed

I booked a flat with Ruparel a couple of years back. The project looked promising but the waiting period was longer than expected and I had to push for updates on the progress. Now that the building is almost ready and seeing the quality of construction and finishing, I feel my investment is secure. Just wish they kept the initial timeline as promised.
