I have availed a loan of 20K, which was due on 5th Sept. Money was not debited, Contacted their email Customer care, got a response that due to technical glitch, Auto debit was not enabled asked me to pay. I was prepared to pay, when I checked n the link provided, the amount was drastically increased to 23100, against 22198 which was due. I have sent several emails to customer care, to reduce the money for 2 weeks as it was not my fault, and I want to pay only the agreed amount. Now after 2 weeks the amount has gone to 26000. For a loan of 20000, disbursed amount 17400, they are asking me to pay 26K which is 9000 penalty charges, for no mistake of mine. Even though I was prepared to pay on Day 1, they are just not responding nor calling me, just increasing the total due. I have sent several emails no response Was this information helpful? |
