Dear team i had availed a loan from rupee redee app and the amount due date was 3rd april 2020, but i made a payment to them on 1st aprl 2020 of amount rs 9568 and my due was closed. Today on 3rd apr 2020 they again auto debit rs 9600 from my account amd they are not reverting the money to me pls check and resolve this case as i am belong to a middle class family cant afford that and i am a limited salaried person. Please fine confirmation measage below received from rupee redee and also the message of account debit by rs 9600 today by rupee redee confirmation of payment thank you for making payment of rs. 9568.00 towards your loan no.[protected] on 01/04/2020. I Abhijit Chowdhury cleared my loan amount on 07/05/2021at 13:43 by upi of Rs.12671/-, but on 10/05/2021 at 13:54 again Rs.6345.5 was auto debited from my account. Why it happened, and please look to this matter, if the loan is closed how it can auto debited of Rs.6345.5.
