i gave idea alcatel mobile in kamal mobiles in hyderabad, he ask me to come after one week, i went after one week, they charged money but not solved my problem, i took my mobile back but they send message to my mobile as mobile repaired, this is cunning to play games with customers, they send complaint ID:RVSRN1601KMH00101, they sended your mobile service repaired, but not solved any problem and even they charged, very bad service,
