RWA — rwa give permission put mobile tower in society

This is to inform you that i have a residential plot at shiv park society of mota varacha, taluka-choryasi, now taluka - adajan, surat, district-surat, gujarat, india wherein reliance jio has installed its tower without informing me and taking my permission. I am the first owner of the property after plotting by the previous land owner. I have purchase the said property legally via sale deed dated 29.11.2005 from ashokbhai nanubhai patel. I came to know about the installation of tower after 5 days of installation when i came to visit the plot. Thereafter we contacted mr. Ketan lilawala and mr. Dharmendra rajput who are the authorized by reliance jio for tower installation in surat and objected to the illegal tower installation at my plot. However they informed us that they have taken permission of society. It is regretted that we being the land owner were not even informed about the installation of tower when in is compulsory as per trai to take noc from land owner in case of installation of tower on private property.

At that time the electricity connection application was pending before dakshin gujarat vij company ltd (Dgvcl) for electricity connection on the said tower. I have given notice to dgvcl to stop the process of electricity connection. However even after that the reliance jio personnel have forced dgvcl to start the process of providing electricity connection. Thereafter i again met mr. Ketan lilawala and mr. Dharmendra rajput who assured me that they won't proceed further until the dispute is not solved. But behind my back they again forced dgvcl and started the process of electricity connection and asked me to contact the society in case of objection.
