Ryan International School — Complaint against school principal

Hello sir/mam
My brother is studying in ryan international school greater noida he was studying in boarding first but when we went to withdraw him from the hostel the principal didn't agree to it and said she won't allow him to leave the hostel after a lot of argument she agreed to it but denied him the bus service (From noida to greater noida) saying that there are no seats available in the bus and when we were filling the withdrawal form her helper warned us by saying that principal is getting angry and threatened us that 20 percent marks are in the hands of school and they could do anything but still we withdrew him from the hostel.
But when we asked the bus authorities they said seats are available and u can avail the bus service so we deposited the fees in office and they provided us the bus no. And confirmed that he can come by bus he used the bus service for few days but after 10 days the school principal came and said that he is not allowed to use the bus service now as the seats are not available.
We are very worried as we are not getting any mode of transportation from noida to greater noida.
I would be very glad if the authorities will take action against the authority as they are unnecessarily threatening us.
