S P, Traffic Office, Sector 14-A Noida — Request for cancellation of wrong e-challan issued due to misuse of my vehicle number

I, Mushahid S/o Guddu, Resident of Village Noorpur Block Qadarchowk District Budaun (U.P.), respectfully submit the following:
1. I am the owner of a motorcycle TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, bearing registration number UP24 BK 0025.
2. My vehicle is used only locally from my home to my agricultural field located at Village Noorpur, P.S. Qadarchowk, Tehsil & District Budaun. My motorcycle has never travelled outside this area, nor has it ever been to Noida.
3. It has come to my notice that an unknown Honda motorcycle is illegally using my vehicle number (UP24 BK 0025) and the said vehicle is operating in Noida F-249 SECTOR 63 Rd A Block Sector 63 Noida Uttar Pradesh 201309.
4. A traffic e-challan of ₹1000 for ‘Without Helmet’ has been issued against my vehicle number, whereas the vehicle involved in the violation is not mine.
5. Therefore, I request you to kindly verify my actual vehicle details, investigate the misuse of my registration number, identify the offending vehicle, and cancel the wrongly issued e-challan.
