Dear Sir,
Refer to Challan no. UP[protected] for VIOLATION OF NGT 190(3) MVACT
I fail to understand the reason for the challan. I was driving within speed limits, following the traffic signals and also have a valid PUC.
There must be some mistake (system error). Also the amount of challan is Rs 10, 000/- which I believe must be for very serious offences.
