Hello Sir,

On 15/07/2023, I was wearing helmet however pillion didn't wear the helmet. Unfortunately, we lost the helmet a day ago.

I am a responsible rider and a citizen. I checked the ITMS challan website but there is no record found of this notice no. 37836185 by U.P. traffic police.

Request you to kindly waive off the challan amount this time.
I accept the mistake of not wearing helmet by pillion and I will make sure that pillion wears a helmet every time.

This is in reference to e-challan (Challan No: UP[protected]
against my Vehicle No. DL12CN7954 by Gautam Buddh Nagar Traffic Police. I received the text message of challan on January 25, 2023 and tried to check it on the website but couldn't find the details.

On January 27, 2023, I got another text which said that the challan is sent to Court for disposal. I checked again on the website and this time I found the details of the challan. The challan says about violation of parking rules, Disobedience of any direction lawful given by the authority, and failure to use safety belt while driving or carrying passenger not wearing seat belt .Regarding the challan I, hereby submit the following points for your reference:

1. The Challan date and time is 09/01/2023 at 10:56:46. The place of challan is mentioned as CJ6X+JHG, Shyam Nagar Mandi, Uttar Pradesh, 203202, India.
On this date, I was in my office in Amity University, Noida from 09:28 AM to 05:35 PM. During that time my vehicle was also parked inside the Amity University campus. The photo attached in the challan is of my vehicle's number plate only. In Amity University, Employee Attendance is recorded with a face recognition system and is available on their website Amizone (Screenshot is attached). The website shows that I was present in the university campus from 09:28 AM to 05:35 PM. This makes it clear that neither I, Nor my vehicle was at the location stated in the challan.

2. Since, neither I nor my vehicle was present at the mentioned location, the question of not obeying direction of the authority does not arise.

3. I am a law abiding citizen and always wear a seat belt while driving. I go to my office alone so the question of I or my co-passengers not wearing seat belts does not arise.

In light of the above details, I request you to kindly look into the issue and cancel the wrongly issued challan.

This is in regards to the e-challan number UP[protected] dated[protected] issued against my vehicle number DL8CAM6549.

I would hereby like you kindly revoke this challan from my vehicle as the picture of vehicle in the challan is incorrect. DL8CAM6549 is a Hyundai i20, however, the photo of car in challan document is a Maruti Suzuki with a registration number DL8CAN6549. It seems some mistake has happened while issuing the challan due to very similar car registration numbers.

Moreover, my car was not even present on the Yamuna Expressway on that day.

I was driving to visit my Doctor in Sector 78, Sethi Max Royal Building on 1st September 2022 at 7:45 PM. This time I took Wrong Lane for 100 metre in Sector 78 Main road opposite to Mahagun Moderne Society. There is a police chowki present and on duty personnel stopped my vehicle there. I have requested the on duty officer that I am visiting the Doctor and My doctor will leave the clinic at 8:00 PM. I took the 100 m wrong lane because the other side was having huge traffic and I could not reach the clinic by the mentioned time following the right lane.
I had my teeth extraction surgery on 28th of August 2022. I was having severe pain and I was driving alone to my doctor and I did this mistake of taking wrong lane. I have attached my prescription for your reference.

He did not hear my request and behaved rudely with me and called me "Educated Troublemaker" and took a photo of my car. When I reached home I got this e-challan no. UP[protected] SMS of Rs. 2000.

I would like to request you to either reduce the amount of challan or change the section in challan from 179 (2) to 177. Because I have not done the offence mentioned under 179(2)..I have not refused to show any document or falsify any information regarding my offence. Also I have not misbehaved with on duty constable. He stopped me, asked for the reason and I took my vehicle turn and take the correct lane.

I am a responsible driver and always obeyed all the traffic rules in my entire driving career. you won't find any single challan or violation of traffic rule for my vehicle till date.

I would like to again request you to please consider this case as an exception.

I have raised a ticket on e challan website for the issue, but they told me to contact you.

Also find challan attached and you can see i am wearing helmet however pillion is not wearing the helmet due to some quick emergency.
you can also find that in my whole life No challan is cut as i am a responsible rider and a citizen.
But however i accept the mistake of not wearing helmet by pillion, but traffic police has mention on challan that no helmet was there so thats a false act imposing on a person
and its a very 1st time so there is only a Rs.500 challan imposed as per my knowledge sir.

This is regarding challan of my scooty at Noida location.

I belongs to Bareilly and never visited Noida with scooty. The date is also of July when there was lockdown in UP.

The image attached in the cahllan is also not showing scooty and any offence.

Dear sir.. I have a alto car number pb12q5342. I sell this car to a person. When he tries to transfer the car on his name than the online portal shows a challan pending to this number, but in challan the photo is of a truck which has number pb12q5341. I never went to noida.
