If they are IFB's authorised service center, please reconsider them because while searching IFB microwave authorised center in google, SV service center, Bangalore is showing first result. This is the reason why people were cheated by them. please go through the below link

S V Home Appliance Service Centre - Customer care is a dubious entity created only to dupe the public. This is how I lost Rs 5400/- through them. This is real story just enfolded a week back.
On[protected], I had browsed the web to repair my Haier LCD TV and located one website http://customercaresupport.co.in/Haier-Homeappliances-in-Bangalore.html?gclid=CJ...⇄ and lodged request for repair of my TV. I received an email acknowledging my complaint without any Complaint Number, informing me that a technician will follow it up. Immediately I received a call from one Mr Nagaraj enquiring about my address and he came home promising to come next day. Later another person called me telling that Nagaraj sent him for TV Repair. Now 2 guys came and started examining the TV and said that the TV need to be taken to their work shop for repair and it will cost appx Rs 3000/- I agreed and they gave me a slip for having take the TV.
Later after 2 days they called me and said Inverter board and an IC has gone wrong and it has to be replaced and it will cost me Rs 5400/-. Left with no choice I had to agree as the TV (Worth Rs 42000/-) is in their custody. On 15th they returned the TV and collected the money and gone. I insisted that the parts they replaced had to be returned and then only I will pay. They refused for that condition and said right now I have to pay and later they will return the parts.
The very next day, the old problem resurfaced and TV is stopped functioning.
When I complained to S V Customer care no ([protected]) they just pretended as if they are not at all aware of who did the service. When I told them that I have already emailed the copy of the bill, they refused to accept that the agency is their associates!. The bill came from A V Tech Solutions, Domlur.
I argued and argued but all in vain. Every time I call, they ask me the same question, "What is the complaint no?, ( which they never gave).
Later when I tried to get the details of the website, there is nothing in that site except the contact no mentioned above.
They claim that they have 50 + lakhs customers across India!!!
This is nothing but a fraud entity, just to catch pray for the "fraudster" and cheat the pubic.
Be aware of this entity.
