[Resolved]  Safal — Misbehavior and misuse SAFAL name for buying goods and not making payment.

This complained against SAFAL booth which is in crossing republic, Ghaziabad (Santosh Enterprises). I have provided him material of around35000rs. He was accepted the same and committed to pay me after one month but letter on when I went to him for my money he was saying that he is not required my material because it was expired.I was running a shop in the same market and I have took decision to close my shop and the same time this guy buy the material which he wants. I gave him on purchase price and now he trying to returning my goods after one month. I have gave him all fresh stock and now he is trying returning his old stock to me. Please take an action against him otherwise SAFAL name will be spoiled.
