Patpar ganj ip extension balko market safal store. yha par store manager bill kabi nahi deta round figure me bill payment krwata hai. koi bill mange to usko bolta hai machine nahi chalti aap kahi or se khrid lo. please take action against him.

Safal shop at dr mukharjee nagar is doing fraud with people. shopkeeper is charging extra rupees by adding extra weight and repeating product while weighing. also he does not gives bills to the customers for detail. he also misbehave students for asking details for bills.
mukharjee nagar is a student area.they dont have inough idea for online billing veggi and fruits in shop. shopkeeper takes advantage for it. many student complain...

The person who has been allocated to the safal Sector 134 ( Jaypee Klassic) always behaves rudely with the customers, today when I went to the safal booth for buying a coconut he behaved very rudely with me when I asked for the change, one more incident happened with the same salesman when he didn't gave me the proper amount back after deducting the the cost of groceries i bought, when asked to check the camera for the physical transaction occured, he again started behaving very rudely and was reluctant to accept the fact that he miscalculated the amount and didn't give the appropriate amount back, he always has a very rude behaviour and attitude with a very negative approach.

I am a regular customer of Safal, in sector 134 Noida.but the person who is allotted the booth did not allow to select the Nariyal, dry and old Nariyal use to remain in top basket where as fresh and green Nariyals remain in the basket that lie below the top one.. If the rate of all pieces remain same then it should be the choice of customer to choose the Nariyal that contain water after all customer is paying for his health and from hard earned money, receipt is given only when asked as price vary daily basis.I choose Safal for fresh and good quality fresh not to be humiliated by the rude behaviour of the dealer

Vendor at Safal sector-25 Noida is doing cheating by placing his hand on weighing machine while weighing the vegetables and fruits, he is doing same with most of people, without being caught.

Hi mai last one year se Ghaziabad ke morta village mai bani Nilaya residents society mai reh rha hu yha abhi kuch time pehle hi safal ka new store khula hai jiska sales person bhaut battamiji se baat karta hai customer, s ke saath Or vegetables bhi mostly kharab hi milti hai yha aaj subha mere saath bhi usne bhaut battamiji ki jab maine usse bola itni kharab sabzi kyu rakh rakhi hai to bola leni hai to lo jyada gyaan mat bato

Safal in dwarka sec 10 is poorly managed. He gives bills only of specified items and charges whatever he desires on the balance stating machine issues. The quality of vegetables is also awful as the person at the counter is just not interested in running the booth. I faced a similar last month and then again yesterday no bill was given to me for the lemons and he just charged me some amount he felt was right. If a surprise inspection is carried out many more such abberations will be discerned.

Hi I am a serious citizen my name is Naresh Arora and I am staying in New Friends Colony this booth is located nearby me so I used to go there for my vegetable and fruits needs but the man with name of Sajjan Kumar and his wife running this booth from last so many years they both miss behave people very badly today I went to buy papaya from this booth I ask him how much is the papaya he said 48 rupees the kg and I said I just went to other Safal Bhooth via coming from CP he coated me 46 kg the condition of papaya I don't find good so I thought to pick from this booth while going home he shouted me and telling me go and take it from there why you come to my booth is this the way to talk to senior citizen and this is not first time the both husband and wife talk rudely to customer and booth is also not very well maintained every time it's smelling please take the serious action and update me thank you

I found cardboard pieces in the frozen vegetable packet. This is unacceptable. I have attached the pictures of the packet details and the cardboard pieces as well.

I want this issue resolved immediately.

Their is a vegetable booth opposite kanoongo atts in patparganj delhi, the contractor refuses to give fresh bananas to customers every day, despite the fact two containers are lying there. Please take some action.

I have purchased papaya from safal booth no 520 from Timarpur Delhi on 30.6.21. I have purchased two pcs both were rotted from inside. Not fit to consume.

When we entered the Safal store in the morning, the offers for the day were not displayed at the entrance.
The worker was still arranging the vegetables.
We collected our items for buying and reached the bill counter.
We asked the man at the billing counter about the offers for the day but he expressed his unawareness about the same.
By this time the poster was displayed at the entrance.
While we were going to the entrance to find the offers, he asked us whether we want to have ‘ber’. He did not mention any free offer for our purchase.
By the time we read the poster and discovered the offer for free ber on purchase of Rs. 99/=, he had already taken the print out of the bill.
Inspite of our repeated requests to cancel this bill and make a fresh one, he refused to make any adjustments or to let us avail the free offer.
We, therefore, request you to make us avail the offer of ‘ber’.

I want to complaint of Safal mother dairy Rohini sector 9 . His behaviour is very poor . He don’t have manners to talk ladies and old man or woman. His name is ASWANI . Please take action for him

Today, I visited Safal out let to purchase vegetables. In some.artcles no rate were displayed. On asking, he was not replying. When I pick up aA piece of cauliflower, and weigh, the cost was Rs. 18.11. I paid Rs 50 note but he returned me Rs 30 by stating he do not have change. I toot to swap my Debit card, he denied and said it will be adjusted in next visit. In past also he behaved same. I visit hardly that side. His face was expressing his anxiety. It heart my ego that being a lady, his attitude towards customer is very rough. Pls change the person immediately.

I'm unable to get any onions from this store as they keep saying onion is not coming it's been like this since 1 month.

The safal located in sultanpuri is selling the onions in truck to the restaurants. They are not giving then to household customer. They are sending 5 to 6 carot of onion to the restaurants in truck and only keeping 1 carot for the people nearby which is also not in good form. They are very rude I told them that I will complain about this he was saying krlo hmko farak nHI pdta ... This is how they talk to people. this is so wrong please take some action

I am a citizen of K.g. marg ms appartments new delhi. Those who work in these are not well mannered. They do not talk with respect also regarding the selling of onions he stocks onion in his vehicles dickey or store inside safal secretely and if someone ask for it he straight forward tells onion not available. Also he stores onion inside and sells in afternoon to sellers at high rate.
So please do something in this regard. He always use disrespectful words..

Safal of this store they are very rud and store onion. And sell outside not to the colony people.

M/s. F & V Booth No 81012 IIT Hauz Khas has given concessional onion only those people who is having close contact of them and their attitude is like they are giving onion from their own house. Please stop these nonsense things. People are not getting benefit of this concessional facility giving by Delhi government. One aunty is sitting on this shop and her attitude and way of talking is very rude and dirty. I view of this I humbly request you please do something or withdraw this facility, so that they can not do their family business like If i know you then you will get the vegetable and onion and if i don't then you will not get any benefit whatever the Delhi government is giving to every one.

Totally disappointed with mother dairy products specially with safal due to unhygienic pathetic packaging I found dead insects after opening the packaging of safal Frozen green peas.

Nearly 6:45 i reached at safal store waited almost 45Mins-1hr
there were only 3 crates of onion out of which 1 person was given only 1.5 kg pack after buying vegetables
In which some onions are of very very bad quality

We have safal store at hari nagar new Delhi 110064
3-4 times the shopkeeper denied to give onion and force to buy other things stating dy can't give only onions customers have to purchase other items too which is not acceptable at all. We will buy which is necessary. And it's not written anywhere that customers have to purchase other items to buy onion.. Either please write that.. The shopkeeper is rude and fight with customers..just now he threats me nd mom to leave the shop and denied to give. Either u take a strict action against him or else I will file a FIR against him..

The shop manager at R K Puram Sector 13 in new Delhi is not giving extra peas on buying one kilo peas

My bill was of 133 but the person argued with me it's 142 he overcharged me n returned me only 360 tht too earlier he was giving me 260. These people do the wrong billing and exploit customers by taking extra monry.
Take action against them.

Safal incharge operate weighting machine not displayed 0.00 but displayed gl off. This is wrong he is entered some number directly displayed weigh. Take necessary action.

This is report irregularities occurring at the payment counter of safal outlet -81834, noida sector-52.

I purchased 2 watermelon and 1 Haldiram aloo bhujiya today.

Initially watermelon was showing weight of 5.44kg @ rs11.90/-.(total rs 64.80/-) on the machine,

But bill was Generated for 10.88 kg of watermelon (rs 129.54/-).

When i pointed the irregularity bill was again generated and corrected.

This time items were less therefore i rechecked easily but if items would have been more,
then rechecking would have been difficult and messy job.
This is not the first time this thing happened.
And if we don't recheck each item again we will pay as asked to.

Also it doesn't seem that The boy on the counter is major, he seems to be minor.

Hi, worst staff is here in noida 61 block e sector. I visited here on safal store at 4:30 pm. Still it's close and in neighbour shop of mother dairy. Mother dairy guys told me he is sleeping. Discussting. Customer getting trouble and sfal store guy not doing his job properly. Poor staff management.
