Safari Travel House — Refund of advance paid

I had booked a 21 seater bus from Safari Travel House for the following dates:
From: 20th Nov-2016
To: 23rd Nov-2016
For totally 4 days and had got the quote through redbus hire. I had subsequently got call from Safari Travel House and booked by paying an advance of Rs.4560. We had paid for fuel refil during the trip and for tolls. After the trip while settling with the driver, he missed to reduce the advance we paid online. It was night 10 PM when we settled, and we realised this mistake the next day. I called up the agent’s office ([protected] - Jeevan) and they said they will process the refund, and I sent them the bank account details. It has been almost 1.5 months now and they haven’t refunded the excess inspite of repeated requests. They are ignoring my call now. They are yet to refund the amount of Rs.4560 to me.
