Safari Travel House Complaints & Reviews

We took the big 25 seater bus for a 2 day outstation trip and it was a nightmare. Below are pain points.

* the number given over in website does not know how to talk to customers once the advance is paid. Very rash, always complains he is busy and disconnects the phone even if you are still talking to him.
* bus is in worst condition, if asked he explains that you should have cancelled the bus first thing in morning...

I had booked a 21 seater bus from Safari Travel House for the following dates:

For totally 4 days and had got the quote through redbus hire. I had subsequently got call from Safari Travel House and booked by paying an advance of Rs.4560. We had paid for fuel refil during the trip and for tolls. After the trip while settling with the driver, he missed to reduce the advance we paid...
