Our consignor has booked some material which was required in kolkata from mumbai. They have confirmed in safeexpress after rate confirmation of 16/- per kg will be charged from us, as material light & volumetric we used volumetric calculation which is 267.34 kg i. E. Total 270 kg. But safeexpress people are asking payment of rs 14000/- its been 13 days material is not delivered to us. Docket no : 59637967

With due respect I state that what kind of nonsense service is this.The most [censored]er courier service I have ever met with. Some idiot poeple are sitting over there and doing all the nonsense. From 4th June samples has been dispatched from Gujarat but till date we didn't received it in Silchar.
