I had used safeexpress service to deliver my aluminium trunk from my home in Meerut, UP to my company loc Kamrup, Assam. When I received my trunk it was completely damaged due to some heavy object kept on it.

I am booked my trunk box from kangra, Himachal Pradesh to guntur, Andhra pradesh on 01 May vide way bill no[protected].

My box was damaged badly at the time of delivery, the same was initimatted to the delivery agent and mentioned in the delivery note.

Pl I want claim the repair cost and I need to talk to the expert

I have booked 19 kg item from Delhi to charkhi dadri. It delivered to bhiwani and charged 2650 for this. But the rate is 20 rs per kg. Way bill no is[protected]

Inspite of givng my parcel late which am waiting to recieve after 4days delay I am continuously calli g several people to get my parcel on time.In this process I was given a number ([protected]) here in managlore I guess? I called him and he was yelling at me saying "dont waste my.time and ask questions note down a number".I have asked him to lower his tone and not speak rudely and then he shouted again.I have the voice recording with me.I am going to complain against him and your company to the consumer forum and also will ask my unlce high court judge to file a case against this worst behaviour if an action isnt taken.Worst logistic company with no proper staff all are very rude and will give false promises.

My consignment arrive srinagar on 13 oct not received yet today is 18 oct
I contacted to the person he told me that first preference is given to those who have heavy wait consignment like 1 ton or 2 ton
No doute my consignment is not too heavy but every customer are same .so plzz look what is this non sense.

Two packets of personal belongings were sent to my daughter from Kakinada to Banglore on 10.07.2020. The packets were delivered on 16.07.2020(A/N). The packets received were in properly packed condition which does not give suspicious to the receiver that some items can be stolen from the packets but after opening of the both the packets, it is found there are many valuable items including food items are missing from the packets. My daughter got married recently and some useful day to day items were sent in packets. The details of missing from 1st Packet mainly are 2 no of new Bombay dyeing double bedsheets, Spoon set, Frying pan, Makeup set purchased for marriage and from 2nd Packet are mainly food home made items of 10 varieties. The cost of lost items will be around Rs 10, 000/-.
We are using your courier service for past 5 years without any complain. But this time surprisingly I lost valuables which is really very very strange. In order to maintain your reputation, this should be investigated and necessary action should be taken to the satisfaction of customers otherwise we will loose confidence to avail your service in future. Pl recover the items from the culprits and give strict punishment under intimation to me. Pl also see whether I can be compensated for lost valuables.

Our consignor has booked some material which was required in kolkata from mumbai. They have confirmed in safeexpress after rate confirmation of 16/- per kg will be charged from us, as material light & volumetric we used volumetric calculation which is 267.34 kg i. E. Total 270 kg. But safeexpress people are asking payment of rs 14000/- its been 13 days material is not delivered to us. Docket no : 59637967
Please help.

It's very disheartening to see the way safexpress transports our valuables. . My files and scanner along with some books were transported from hyderabad to delhi. They were booked on 29 / 08 / 2015 from hyderabad and received by a friend on 02 / 09 / 2015. However most of things are seriously damaged and in very poor condition. The glass of my scanner is broken (Completely packed by parent company) . I am filing a suit against them in consumer forum. I request all friends here to not use this poor service.
