The product which I have ordered from flipkart on 29th April ( tracking no[protected] has reached my area on 11th may and is showing out for delivery since 15th may, that is for last 8 days it is out for delivery. So please look into the matter and tell me whether I am going to get my product delivered or not. Already I have seen a lot of negative reviews about safeexpress and now I am feeling it.

    Hello good evening,
    I'm anjana jain from pune.
    I would like to claim the damages and lost parts from you.
    I had ordered spa trolley and 2 facial machines from zeenat slimming systems. I got parcel fully damaged for the trolley and also the machine box was a bit opened. Sending you the pics. I have lost two wheels of my trolley and the trolley tray is damaged with two acres bent. Pls check. It's a shame that your courier person in pune used to come daily from 15 may 2017 to deliver but not delivering my courier till today. Also he opened my courier and stole or lost and damaged my trolley parts.
    I have received only two wheels instead of four and screws are bent in one tray with wood blunt on one edge of the trolley tray.
    The person who delivered today took rs 100 for chai pani while i was busy checking my courier which was opened and torned. This is the courier guy number [protected]. He has blocked our number too.

    Pls send me my lost and damage parts by connecting the supplier who sent me this courier zeenat slimming system

      Respected sir,
      This is the docket no 81009366. I ordered product from industrybuying.com, they dispatched it from safexpress. After 48 hrs. When i try to track it online its showing invalid way bill no. Even i am trying to connect with your customer support team, but call is not connecting. No customer support email is provided on the safexpress website.

      Now i am in dilemma, how such a big logistics company safexpress is providing cheap & poor logistics service, totally careless company. Very very bad experience.

        Customer service is very poor. They even cut the call while speaking and when called later replied its technical error. Its been 8 days as of now after it reached the hub and stopped without delivery.
        They dont even provide contact details.
        When called after a lot of tussle replied that they cant identify my consignment our or a lot. They will say the word NEXT DAY, but never delivers.

          Unable to track my shipment booked on 28 April 2017

          Way bill number 53048504 booked from Siliguri on 28 April 2017. Copy of receipt is attached. Now customer care executive are saying waybill number is not valid. I raised complaint through email and telephone also sent photo of shipment but no one is responding. It's 14th day from booking but I don't know where is my shipment. Careless company. Please help me to track my shipment...

          During tracking showing item reached guwahati on 27 apr. Further no connectivity and confirmation. Contacted operational manager and area manager of guwahati. But the response was pathetic. Operation manager doesn't even pick up the phone. I am getting sms alert daily showing that consignment arrived at guwahati-11. What happened to the consignment at guwahati.

            Booked a parcel of about 24x24x15 inches from Pune, Balewadi-411045 whose incharge is Bijesh on 14th April 2017 assured by the pickup agent Bablesh who assured it would be delivered to Bangalore pincode-560043, where I was the sender
            After 11 days and a complaint they respond to the complaint that it was tracked and delivered the Fake parcel which was not mine and falsely updated that it has been delivered moreover the Transit copy which was given to me was a FAKE document with a completely different format than what booking acknowledgement or customer copy i had got at the time of booking and the transit copy had a FORGERY SIGNATURE of someone else as my signature in the space provided for Signature of Consignor/Sender.
            After an instant complaint followed by another the following morning they asked for 48 Hrs then 72 hrs then said they arrange a callback which came after 3 days saying that it was unable to track!
            Such reckless responsibility and hopeless people where after a day their corporate office person Mrs.Vishaaka calls me just to inform again she failed to track it and upon realisation of this FORGERY case transferred the call to her supervisor Mr.Abhishek who says that they have all the rights to FORGE my signature and he wants more time to track,
            It is 9th May now around a month and all that remains is this FAKE parcel lying and nothing from them and they are unable to track my parcel is their reply

              81309017 track id. I ordered split ac through shopclues. They ship 1 month back. But no delivery from this courier. After repeated contact to courier no response. I think i will get ac in winter through this 3 rd class courier. Worst courier i have ever seen. I called 10 times but no response. India's worst courier. I will go to consumer court against them. This courier must be fined rs 1 lakh for gross negligence & harrassment as soon as possible. Courier licence must be banned by government

                I have registered a pickup request for 1st may a week before i. E. On 25th april. I got confirmation mail too. They provide boxes by themselves to pack your luggage. They called me twice that your pickup is confirmed and when i asked them about boxes that i have not received boxes yet, they said they will update me shortly. Today is 1st may, the day of my pickup and i have not received boxes/cartons yet. When i called them they said we cant arrange your pickup today and asked me to cancel my request. I mean seriously, such a big company and showing height o[censored]nprofessional behaviour. Now i have flight tomorrow early in the morning and safe express has denied from their duty and asking me to cancel my pickup request. I will never ever recommend safeexpress even to my enemies.

                  It is very horrible experience for me with safe express. My luggage delivery is already more than one week delay. Several times I have tried to contact customer care, but all are donkey. I didn't get any proper response from them about my luggage. As per my view never book your luggage in safe express if you want it in urgent. During booking they will ensure you that you will get your parcel on some particular date, but dont belive them, atleast add 2 weeks more to expected date of delivery. this is my first and last experience with safe express

                    I am not happy with ur services. Whenever i contact safe express they inform different from what they do. This is not the first time this happened. My previous delivery was also through safe express and this is the 2nd time. There was 21 days delay on my previous delivery. 2 days back i got massage that my item is out for delivery. I did not get any call regarding my delivery. Next day i get a message that my item is undelivered. I did call on [protected] spoke to mr vinay he told me that my item is in godown and they will deliver it the next day without fail. Next day i didn't get any massage or any call so i called again. I spoke to mr vinay again he placed me on hold for 15 minutes then he told my item was on delivery yesterday n it's back but smell person said he is godown n now a different statment. I askwd how xould he change statmemts he aaod he is sory for changing statements amd promised to call in 10 min but no call as of now. I am so upset that some people are just spoiling the brand name safexpress. I guess it's time to buckle up and get these kind of issues to work fixed. I had 2 delivery and both are very disappointing. I guess i will never choose safe express for my personal delivery.

                      Horrible experience, i have ordered a sofa, on 8th april it reached my city transport hub. But till now they have not delivered it to me.

                      And it shows 3 times delivery unsuccessful in the tracking list, but i did not get any call from the delivery person during all these 3 attempts.

                      And i have read other reviews and i found many others also facing same issue.

                        Horrible experience, would never recommend to anyone. My courier is lying in their office and these people are telling me everyday that they are sending today. What nonsense is this??? People don't like to wait for so long for any courier.

                        I have called many times to remind them and ask them, but they are sending me messages saying your delivery is unattempted, while they have not given a call for coming.

                          I have sent 2 boxes of parcel from Pune to Chennai.Some of my goods are missing like my power bank, umbrella, a box of chocolates and few more.
                          I have myself packed all the goods in the box and now when it is received in Chennai some of the goods from it are missing.
                          Parcel was sent on 1 st April from Pune and was received on 8 th April.
                          The packaging seems to be hampered.

                            The status in your tracking tool shows the order is delivered. Way bill no 81308277. To whom it was delivered? I am the actual recipient but I have not received even a single call from you guys. Will I even receive my product? Your customer care numbers never work at all. Just wondering how can you even run a business with such a service.

                            How long you want the customer wait once we start using your service.? Just confirm if you can deliver the product or not so I can just cancel the shipment and stop using your pointless service.

                              This is the most unprofessional mover I have dealt with. Requested a pickup yesterday. No one called up today to coordinate. Waited till afternoon and then called the customer care. They provided details of some BPA who told me she hasn't received any such request. Then however she obliged me by assigning someone who said he'd come at 6 whereas their official pickup time is till 5. He didn't call back and on further enquiry of his whereabouts, the BPA (sangita, contact [protected]) switched off her phone. Now on further call to the customer care, their server is down and they can do nothing about the one day delay that they have caused to me. Wonder how does the business work. My consignment was to be shipped from Kolkata to Hyderabad. My pick up id- [protected]

                                I ordered a product from home shop 18 on 28 march 2017 and it reached to solan (Which is my location) on 31 march 2017. The delivery boy called me on the same day but he said: today i (Delivery boy) can't deliver your product because it's too late. Next day i called him and the delivery boy again gave me excuses. This time he told me today he can't deliver my product because he doesn't have the scooter.

                                While attempting the delivery, SafeXpress Representative / Local Branch Manager @PIN-224001 (Faizabad-UP); Mob. No. [protected], is misbehaving, talking rudely over phone and refused to deliver the items at my home @Pin Code - 224 001 (whereas it is a prepaid consignment booked on door delivery basis).
                                You are therefore requested to take necessary action against him, speak to the concerned / instruct the concerned to deliver the items immediately without any further delay.
                                I'm not getting any response from any of SafeXpress executive of customer care board.

                                  I called Safexpress guys to transfer my trolley bag kept at my friend's location, from IIM Ahmedabad campus to Hyderabad, . They took Rs. 1030 from my friend and gave bill for only Rs. 830. They did not give receipt for full amount even on insisting; said Rs. 225 is for laminating, but sent the bag without laminating.

                                  In Hyderabad, they sent a person for delivery who cannot read and write. He could not even read the address where the bag was to be delivered. The guy kept calling on my phone no. to seek directions and address. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR service.

                                  PLEASE refund the Rs. 200 amount for which you did not give the receipt.

                                  I booked shipment from ranchi to delhi eith proper packing charges also . After receiving when i opened the refrigerator, many of its crucial parts are opened and it is mot working now. Safex is not entertaining my complaint so please help me.

                                    Bill no 7003, 24.03.2017, santhosh.P,

                                    as per earlier discussion with mr vijay, dharmender, overall amount should be approx 15000, but demanding 20125 rs. In others charges they are demanding 1100 rs for challanned by delhi traffic police while coming to load.( driver gone through one way). Why should we pay these amount, obviously it affects the firm name.So please take action.This is the first time doing with safe express, why should we pay his driver fault.Please reduce the amount
