We have received a waybill of safexpress on 3.6.2017 waybill or docket no. Is 53676482. After continuous follow-up with you on 5.6.2017 we get to know that our consignment was still in faridabad it was not even take in shipment and we call safexpress person for this ignorance they assure us that by today (8.6.2017) itself they will transit our material and on 7.6.2017 material will be in vadodara and 8.6.2017 material will be delivered at your place.
But today itself we have not received the material and safexpress online site showing that our consignment still in transit and it not even reach indore or vadodara. What’s going on here what is the service you are providing us after giving payment. But nobody is giving a proper answer to us.
We already mentioned that this material is very urgent to us but no one take this matter in priority. We want our material today itself at our works at any cost and make us assure that our material will be delivered at our work by today itself.

    I have given 5 items (3 trolley bags and 2 carton box) to move from chennai to pune,

    But here in pune, delivery made only for 4 items (3 trolley bags and 1 carton box),
    My carton box is missing and it's been 4 days i have logged the complain but no such action take place.
    They move out one small bag from trolley and made the total count as 6 and as per their calculation deliver 5 (3 trolley bags, 1 small bag and 1 carton)
    Please assist me one this with priority.

      I had shipped my luggage from Anand on 28th may 2017. It is 6th June 2017 today and I have not received my luggage. When I called the customer care, the representatives keep blaming each other. No one picks up the phone before 11am and after 6 pm. They claim that the luggage can be delivered only between 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm making it very difficult for any working person to collect the luggage and make the payment. There is no coordination between the people working at Mumbai office. Terribly disappointed by the service.

        I study in a college in Gurgaon and had to courier my goods from my home. So initially after the order it took very long for them to contact me and initially they told me they had some problem delivering my goods and instead come to their warehouse and collect it. After repeatedly forcing them they managed to deliver my goods after few days. But the real shock came when i saw the consignment. It was fully wrecked/ damaged, in fact half open. Although nothing of monetary value was present in the consignment but few things were damaged and one missing. I am really disappointed by their service and would never recommend this company to anyone.

            On 18/05/2017, 1 silver suitcase was sent by me from Hyderabad to Bangalore using the campus 2 home service. I signed on a waybill with waybill number 50015241. On using the tracking no 50015421 on the Safexpress site, it is showing that it has reached Bangalore on 21st may and is not showing out for delivery since that day, that is for last 5 days I have not received it and now I'm in urgent need of the suitcase and its items. There has been no help and no support from Safexpress in spite of many phone calls.

              Fraudulent waybill and package stolen — fraud

              On 02/05, 13 packages were sent by me from Mumbai to Dibrugarh. I signed on a waybill (Amount: 7079 Rs). The way bill presented at Dibrugarh (22.05) does not have my signature and is not mine (Amount. 6627). of the 13 packages sent, only 12 have been recieved, which is not mentioned in the fraudulent waybill presented. Package contains goods worth Rs. 40000. There has been little help and no support from Safeexpress in spite of many phone...

The product was supposed to be delivered by 17th may but today is 23rd may and I have not got a single call. It is showing out for delivery since 15th may while tracking in your site.                 This is regarding an order made on flipkart and has been shipped through safexpress with tracking id 52062842. The product is showing out for delivery for last 8 days I have not recieved a single call yet.It has to be delivered to me by 17th may but today is 23rd may. Please do something. I have already read a lot of bad reviews for safexpress and now I am feeling it. I don't know what are they waiting for but please deliver my product as soon as possible.

                    I'm anjana jain from pune.
                    I would like to claim the damages and lost parts from you.
                    I had ordered spa trolley and 2 facial machines from zeenat slimming systems. I got parcel fully damaged for the trolley and also the machine box was a bit opened. Sending you the pics. I have lost two wheels of my trolley and the trolley tray is damaged with two acres bent. Pls check. It's a shame that your courier person in pune used to come daily from 15 may 2017 to deliver but not delivering my courier till today. Also he opened my courier and stole or lost and damaged my trolley parts.
                    I have received only two wheels instead of four and screws are bent in one tray with wood blunt on one edge of the trolley tray.
                    The person who delivered today took rs 100 for chai pani while i was busy checking my courier which was opened and torned. This is the courier guy number [protected]. He has blocked our number too.

                      This is the docket no 81009366. I ordered product from industrybuying.com, they dispatched it from safexpress. After 48 hrs. When i try to track it online its showing invalid way bill no. Even i am trying to connect with your customer support team, but call is not connecting. No customer support email is provided on the safexpress website.

                      Now i am in dilemma, how such a big logistics company safexpress is providing cheap & poor logistics service, totally careless company. Very very bad experience.

                        Customer service is very poor. They even cut the call while speaking and when called later replied its technical error. Its been 8 days as of now after it reached the hub and stopped without delivery.
                        They dont even provide contact details.
                        When called after a lot of tussle replied that they cant identify my consignment our or a lot. They will say the word NEXT DAY, but never delivers.

                          Unable to track my shipment booked on 28 April 2017

                          Way bill number 53048504 booked from Siliguri on 28 April 2017. Copy of receipt is attached. Now customer care executive are saying waybill number is not valid. I raised complaint through email and telephone also sent photo of shipment but no one is responding. It's 14th day from booking but I don't know where is my shipment. Careless company. Please help me to track my shipment...

                            Booked a parcel of about 24x24x15 inches from Pune, Balewadi-411045 whose incharge is Bijesh on 14th April 2017 assured by the pickup agent Bablesh who assured it would be delivered to Bangalore pincode-560043, where I was the sender
                            After 11 days and a complaint they respond to the complaint that it was tracked and delivered the Fake parcel which was not mine and falsely updated that it has been delivered moreover the Transit copy which was given to me was a FAKE document with a completely different format than what booking acknowledgement or customer copy i had got at the time of booking and the transit copy had a FORGERY SIGNATURE of someone else as my signature in the space provided for Signature of Consignor/Sender.
                            After an instant complaint followed by another the following morning they asked for 48 Hrs then 72 hrs then said they arrange a callback which came after 3 days saying that it was unable to track!
                            Such reckless responsibility and hopeless people where after a day their corporate office person Mrs.Vishaaka calls me just to inform again she failed to track it and upon realisation of this FORGERY case transferred the call to her supervisor Mr.Abhishek who says that they have all the rights to FORGE my signature and he wants more time to track,
                            It is 9th May now around a month and all that remains is this FAKE parcel lying and nothing from them and they are unable to track my parcel is their reply

                              81309017 track id. I ordered split ac through shopclues. They ship 1 month back. But no delivery from this courier. After repeated contact to courier no response. I think i will get ac in winter through this 3 rd class courier. Worst courier i have ever seen. I called 10 times but no response. India's worst courier. I will go to consumer court against them. This courier must be fined rs 1 lakh for gross negligence & harrassment as soon as possible. Courier licence must be banned by government

                                I have registered a pickup request for 1st may a week before i. E. On 25th april. I got confirmation mail too. They provide boxes by themselves to pack your luggage. They called me twice that your pickup is confirmed and when i asked them about boxes that i have not received boxes yet, they said they will update me shortly. Today is 1st may, the day of my pickup and i have not received boxes/cartons yet. When i called them they said we cant arrange your pickup today and asked me to cancel my request. I mean seriously, such a big company and showing height o[censored]nprofessional behaviour. Now i have flight tomorrow early in the morning and safe express has denied from their duty and asking me to cancel my pickup request. I will never ever recommend safeexpress even to my enemies.

                                  It is very horrible experience for me with safe express. My luggage delivery is already more than one week delay. Several times I have tried to contact customer care, but all are donkey. I didn't get any proper response from them about my luggage. As per my view never book your luggage in safe express if you want it in urgent. During booking they will ensure you that you will get your parcel on some particular date, but dont belive them, atleast add 2 weeks more to expected date of delivery. this is my first and last experience with safe express

My previous delivery was also through safe express and this is the 2nd time. There was 21 days delay on my previous delivery. 2 days back i got massage that my item is out for delivery. I did not get any call regarding my delivery. Next day i get a message that my item is undelivered. I did call on [protected] spoke to mr vinay he told me that my item is in godown and they will deliver it the next day without fail. Next day i didn't get any massage or any call so i called again. I spoke to mr vinay again he placed me on hold for 15 minutes then he told my item was on delivery yesterday n it's back but smell person said he is godown n now a different statment. I askwd how xould he change statmemts he aaod he is sory for changing statements amd promised to call in 10 min but no call as of now. I am so upset that some people are just spoiling the brand name safexpress. I guess it's time to buckle up and get these kind of issues to work fixed. I had 2 delivery and both are very disappointing. I guess i will never choose safe express for my personal delivery.
