My grandfather ( V.N.Munaswamy) had got done a surgery in Sagar hospital Kumar Swamy layout on 25/08/2022 Friday between 1:15 to 2:00pm and after recovery i.e., on 26/08/2022 Saturday the doctor had given permission to discharge the patient at 11:00 am but the staff or co-ordinator didn't respond quickly and they have sent the permission letter to bill desk at 6:00 pm and now they are telling us to wait until they get response from insurance company and if they cannot claim the insurance today (26/08/2022) we have to wait until Monday[protected] which adds up extra accommodation and service charge expenditure. My grandfather aged 79 years will not be able to stay there upto Monday as he is weak now . All this happened because of the staff or co-ordinator careless behaviour/ negligence which is making us to suffer more and wasting our time and money .
