We went to Sagar Ratna Guwahati for Dinner however they did not had south indian thali though it was there in Menu. Finally we ordered for Indian Thali and requested to provide Puri’s instead of butter naan and tandoori roti. They refused to do so and asked for extra charges for puri and citied that its company policy. I mean how can this be possible...Sagar Ratna team must understand that thali’s across the country has option and last time they did served. I think, the adamant manager needs to be sacked if they want to stay customer centric. The manager was behaving like a top bureaucrat and was only talking abt his conditions.
