Today i visited sagar ratna bareilly at phonex mall. i ordered a papad, it smeeled like a rotten rat. i also orderd a sambhar it to smelled awful. Even the onions they served us were just smelly and tasted rotten. I had told the retaraunt personel 3 times each time i visited the place about the degarding quality of food being served but it seems they paid a deaf ear. Today's experience was horrible .
