I placed my order and applied discount coupon and then wanted to reschedule delivery of my order. The telecaller without informing me cancelled my order and then later told me they cant use discount coupon as its already used on my phone. Then she asked for my alternate no and wen denied assured me my order will be delivered but delivery never came. LATA and SANIKA Were extremely rude and unprofessional and started screaming over the phone and refused to even provide me with mail id for filing written complaint. Company ia providing discounts for getting xustomers to try their home delivery service and this is the way the tele callera behave. Another telecaller who refused to give her name even abused and hung up on client...i dont know how a company can survive with this service Was this information helpful? |
